Picked up one of their products a couple years back. Got maybe two uses out of it before it completely died on me. When I reached out about the problem, their response was pretty disappointing - they basically wanted to sell me a new one for $245 and offered a $30 discount if I bought it. Clearly their stance is that once you're outside the warranty period, you're just supposed to throw it away. The product itself isn't reliable, customer service isn't there, and the price tag doesn't match the quality at all. I really can't recommend this company or their stuff to anyone. Their whole idea that things can't be repaired after a year also makes me question what they say about being environmentally responsible. My advice is to look elsewhere and keep your cash. Ended up buying a replacement model for $50 that works just as well
