Heard that this location might be closing down, and that really bums me out. It's a shame they won't let customers order online and pick stuff up in the store anymore. You get really solid deals here and if there are sizing issues, keeping the store open would help a lot of people. Many shoppers, especially families with kids, prefer trying things on before buying. I've spent a ton of money here over the years and think it's a valuable place to shop. Not everybody wants to do all their shopping on the internet. Making online and in-store prices match and letting folks return things at the physical store instead of paying to ship them back would make a big difference.

Honestly, I'm really disappointed with West 49. I've been a customer for over a decade and my entire closet basically comes from this store, but I'm done shopping there. The sizing is all over the place which is my biggest complaint. Sometimes an XL runs small like an L, other times it's way too baggy. When I do return things, I have to cover the shipping costs myself, and almost every time I feel let down. I've tried reaching out about these problems multiple times but they just don't seem to care. Skip this store if you can. Their customer service is not a priority for them.

Had a really bad experience at West 49 today at the mall location. The manager on duty was unhelpful and rude when I asked for assistance with an exchange. Your managers need to remember that customer money is what pays their salaries. The service needs to improve.

Got a hoodie that ended up being the wrong size, so I needed to swap it out. The people working there were absolutely fantastic about helping me find the right fit. They walked me through all the options available and made the whole exchange process super smooth at the register. Everyone was really welcoming, and when I got my replacement it was exactly what I needed and felt great. Their awesome staff made what could have been annoying way easier.

You can't beat West 49's pricing on sales and their Zoo York collection. The fit on their jeans and the prices are unbeatable. Plus they carry super comfy and stylish shoes that go on sale for great prices. The store locations are fantastic, and I've found during the last couple years that their website shopping is equally great. I've placed about half a dozen orders online and every single one was a good deal with no problems whatsoever. Definitely recommend checking them out. Zoo York stuff from here has been solid quality and looks good.
