Customer service emails go completely ignored, and comments on their Instagram asking for order updates just get deleted. They're too focused on promoting new collections and launching fresh designs instead of actually fulfilling orders for people who've already paid. Stay away from this brand. I also learned about multiple accusations that the founder copied designs and has questionable business practices. This was definitely my final purchase here.

The stitching is cheap, the fabric is thin, and nothing fits true to size. The bikinis especially have zero support if you're larger than an A cup. For D cup and above, skip these completely. The return hassle isn't worth it.

Overall super disappointed. Won't be ordering again.
