Got a really nice frog statue on a swing, and about two years in the top piece snapped. I emailed support asking about getting a replacement part. They wanted photos, so I sent some. Nothing for two months, then they claimed they never got my pictures. Sent more. After four months still no word. Sent everything registered mail with signature confirmation to prove delivery. Got the signed receipt back showing they got all my messages and photos. Still waiting six months later with zero response. This business clearly doesn't care about taking care of their customers. I paid good money for a quality frog on a swing and now I can't even use it. Don't shop here.

Bought a dog sculpture from Wildlife Wonders. It arrived behind schedule and damaged up pretty badly with paint chipped off. We tried working it out with them. Sent it back and they mailed a replacement, but that one came in rough shape too.

Don't shop here. I ordered a figure and had to ring them six different times, each time hearing it had already gone out. A tracking number got set up with a carrier but the package was never actually handed over. I never got the item and had to contact my card company to get my money reversed.

Still waiting for my rug. I've talked to two different people, left five voicemail messages, and sent six written emails. Nobody's called back. Messages get ignored. The two reps I managed to speak with both said they'd get back to me then just vanished. Ordered December 29th and it's now February 11th. Still no rug.

Should've checked the reviews before ordering. Placed an order for two things on December 31, 2025, both showing available with quick delivery. Got an order confirmation email and that was it. Charged immediately through PayPal. Sent an email asking for updates on January 11, nothing back. Asked for a refund January 29, but based on what other people wrote, that's probably not happening. Watch out.

My orders got postponed over and over, and they weren't truthful about where things stood. I spent four months going back and forth just to sort out the delivery situation. In the end, I had to get PayPal involved to request my money back.

Can't even rate this as a one since that's too high. They brushed me off with a bunch of emails instead. Paid for something that was supposed to arrive but six weeks later and after constant runaround emails, I gave up and asked PayPal to step in for a refund since I actually wanted my product.

Ordered on August 3, 2025. By 8/27 I asked about shipping and was told there was a supplier holdup. Five emails back and forth during late summer and early fall, and finally they said items would ship on 9/16. I checked on 9/17 and got told it was confirmed shipped. I looked at their site every day through 9/20 and it still showed awaiting fulfillment, no shipment info given. Had to open a dispute with my credit card. This company is not reliable.

Would give zero stars if possible, but one is the lowest option. I bought something marked as available on 7/19/25 as a present. After a couple weeks with no delivery, I called and got told it was backordered with a 2 to 2.5 week timeline. Now it's 8/26/25 and the site still shows it in stock, yet when I called again about shipping, they said it's still being made and will take longer. They've offered to swap it for a different color or give money back, but the problem is clear: 1) the product is still advertised as available right now, 2) they never volunteer info about orders, I always have to chase them down, and 3) they're pushing products that aren't even on their site just to offer an alternative. This outfit isn't honest and doesn't value customers enough to be upfront about their mistakes. Skip ordering from here unless you phone ahead to confirm stock or you've got tons of free time to wonder what happened to your cash.

We bought a light base for a sculpture that looked great but didn't put out enough light. We sent it back the way they said to, but a month later no refund showed up. We emailed and heard nothing for two weeks. Eventually we quit waiting and filed a chargeback with our credit card. Fair warning, they also make you cover return postage, which isn't made clear on the site. Pretty sad for a company that calls itself family owned.
