If you're thinking about buying Wolverine boots, reconsider. Ordered a pair, sent them back due to sizing issues, and never got them back. When I called to follow up, a customer service rep named Aliyah couldn't assist me. When I asked for her supervisor contact info, she refused and was quite rude about it. Not sure what happens next.

These boots are trash. Only a month old and the sole's already peeling off. They felt good at first but then the insole turned into something like concrete. Yeah sure, it's just boots but for eighty bucks the sole shouldn't be coming loose in less than a month. Not returning them because why bother. These are junk and I'm done with this brand.

Writing this to give props to their returns and exchange system. I get that some purchases won't work out, but the process here is pretty easy and straightforward at least in the US. Just print the prepaid label they email, head to a FedEx location or similar shipping spot, and you're done. If something doesn't meet your expectations, send it back with no issues. Obviously items can't be visibly worn or damaged. Lots of great options here if you're willing to give them a shot.
