I purchased a hand plane and it had multiple problems right out of the box. I left a review on their website about it and it never showed up. It seems like they only want positive feedback visible. When you can hide reviews that point out real quality issues, it makes your products look way better than they actually are. That's not an honest way to run a business.

I placed an order for a stain and a finish but only got the finish. Instead of the stain, they threw in some random leveler. I want to share what happened with my recent purchase. In late March, I bought a drum sander with tables and got charged $165 for shipping. Then I found out the sander was on backorder, and they were advertising free shipping on that exact item. I asked about a refund or credit but got nowhere. After I posted about it online, filed a complaint with the BBB, and left a detailed review, they finally gave me back the shipping charge. I'm glad I got the money back, but it shouldn't have taken all that effort just to get them to do the right thing. I'm posting this updated version so others know what really happened. Woodcraft did eventually fix it, but only because I had to make a big deal about their misleading practices. Got some walnut boards delivered today and unfortunately they both had cracks running through them, making them worthless for what I needed. I tried calling to arrange a return and got stuck with an automated system. I pressed a button thinking I'd talk to someone, and instead got routed to some weird AI message trying to sell medical alert stuff. It pretended to be a person but just kept talking and talking. Every time I thought I'd finally reach a human, I didn't. I will absolutely never order from them again.

The independent installers they sent were professional, but everything else about this company is a disappointment. We had a new kitchen installed and the quality of the materials was poor. The glossy laminate on several doors and drawers started peeling almost immediately. They did replace those pieces, but when the same problem happened again, we got stuck in an endless email loop full of promises that never came through. Eventually they just stopped responding to us. I have documentation and correspondence to back this all up. What really bothered me was when they sent someone out to verify measurements and claimed all our replacements were sitting in their warehouse, which clearly wasn't true.
