Absolutely terrible support from this company. They don't seem interested in actually helping their customers. I invested in one of their premium Loro Piana fabric jackets and the material started fading after just one winter. When I reached out, their response basically said too bad. Skip this brand.
Paying top dollar for terrible service is not worth it. My wife wanted to get some parkas for the family as Christmas gifts. We never received the package, and now it's late December. On top of that, we were told the parkas we wanted most are no longer in stock. So we're getting something different than what we wanted. Why bother ordering from them? We're regretting not going with Canada Goose instead. Their online ordering system is a mess and it's ruined Christmas for us. The phone support wasn't helpful either. When you're paying this much, you expect much better service.
