They told me I had to cover the £15 return shipping myself, which upset me. Called back the next day once they got it, and they said it would take one to three days for my refund. Had to ring them again after three days to chase it up. Then they deducted £4.95 for postage from my refund before sending it. On top of all that, when I paid initially, the charge went through three times and they only reversed two of them. Never ordering from them online again. Also they tried claiming I sent back jeans instead of a £300+ jacket, which was ridiculous.
