I made an online purchase and selected the wrong color by mistake. I tried to fix it right away and actually was able to cancel and reorder correctly. Then I contacted customer support to let them know about the mixup. All I got was an automated response at first, then an email a few days later. Unfortunately no one actually made the correction, so the original wrong item has already shipped and now I'm stuck returning it. This whole situation could have been avoided with actual live customer support instead of AI bots.

The staff was genuinely nice to work with, but honestly the email volume is out of control. It would be so much better to just get one message a week instead of this constant bombardment. I turned off text notifications and I'm thinking about doing the same with emails. The merchandise is solid, but this feels more like constant pestering than good communication.

The first interaction with their team was solid, super responsive and actually helpful. But once my order had some issues, the responses got slower and honestly kind of dismissive and unhelpful. Just not the kind of company I want to deal with. The actual comforter looked amazing but it was oversized, which made it hold heat way too much. It also somehow fit a California King bed when it was supposed to be Queen, which was strange. The return process isn't free and it's definitely not straightforward either.

I've heard great things about Sunday Citizen's support team over the years and I can definitely confirm that reputation is well earned. My shipment got delayed but the customer service team quickly sent out a replacement instead of making me wait. Really appreciate them going the distance to make it right. As the saying goes, people might forget what you said, but they won't forget how you made them feel.

I want to say these people genuinely care about their customers. I've ordered so many blankets and placed countless orders over the years with Sunday Citizen and have never experienced a single problem until recently. Then right when their business got really busy and I got really sick with Covid and the Flu, my two biggest orders ever got mixed up badly. What makes this even more remarkable is how their customer service team handled everything even though I must have been difficult to work with during that time, and honestly they should have gotten hazard pay. This review doesn't even do it justice. I remember speaking with a super helpful woman named Liz and whether I was talking to her the whole time or not, I'm just really grateful for her and the entire Sunday Citizen customer service crew.

I had to make a return and they were so considerate about the whole process. I got a follow up email that thanked me for shopping with them and said they'd love to see me again. That level of customer service really impressed me.

I needed to send something back and they handled it with such graciousness. They actually sent me a nice email afterwards thanking me for my purchase and inviting me to come back. That kind of attention to detail in customer service really stands out.

Avoid this retailer at all costs. The merchandise quality is terrible and the materials don't feel authentic. Cheap workmanship throughout with visible stitching issues. I tried to return almost everything because the sizing was completely wrong and items weren't what the listing described. Sent messages requesting help and received absolutely nothing in return, no follow up at all. Do yourself a favor and shop somewhere else. You will not be happy.

Don't waste your money here. This place operates like a scam. The clothing feels fake and poorly constructed overall. Stitching is really bad quality. Nearly my entire order needed to be sent back because items were sized wrong and didn't look like the pictures. When I tried to reach out about returns, I heard nothing back whatsoever. My advice is stay away from this retailer. You will absolutely regret buying anything.

This site is a total scam. The clothes aren't real authentic products and the quality is really low. The stitching work is sloppy and cheap-looking. I had to try and return basically everything I ordered because the sizes were way off and the descriptions didn't match what actually arrived. I sent messages to them and got nothing back, zero response. I'm telling everyone out there to avoid ordering from here. You'll be sorry if you do.
