Got 6 swimsuits from this company and couldn't be happier. I normally wear a 12 but needed to go up to 14 due to some body changes. The larger size fit really well. Everything arrived on time with no problems whatsoever.

This is a scam company and they took $500 from me! The website made me finalize my order before I could pick expedited shipping, even though their chat support said I could add it after. When the order went through without my preferred shipping, I immediately emailed and called to cancel or modify it. Couldn't reach anyone. Waited thirty minutes on hold before I had to hang up. My email wasn't answered until the next day and they said it was too late even though it was only in processing stage. Got transferred to another person who said nothing could be done. Now I'm getting $500 worth of swimsuits after my vacation is already over. Other reviews mention returns don't work either. Absolutely horrible experience.

Once I mentioned reporting my experience elsewhere, the chat conversation ended. I think they're just disorganized rather than intentionally scamming, but honestly not sure anymore. Started a dispute with my bank. Called back asking about an old e-gift card and another rep found it but said it needed three to five days to reactivate since it was outdated. Later tried placing another order and ran into more issues with basic account lookup. Here's the main problems: A pending charge showing up for a declined transaction, reps not knowing which companies they work for, and a total mess trying to find order details. Best advice: make sure the rep looks up your account using your email address specifically. They'll ask for your name and zip code too.

These people are crooks. I used their size chart and it was way off. Then I got an email saying I had items left in my cart so I placed the order again. Two days later the same thing happened. Next thing I know, three suits show up at my door. They don't fit so I return them properly but somehow I end up charged for four suits. When I return three of them, they claim they only got two back and refund me pennies. Called them up and they said more refunds were coming. They never did. They won't explain why they sent those fake cart reminder emails either. Don't waste your money on these liars.

They have tons of styles to pick from. However, their return policy is sketchy. When you return something, you only get credit for the item price, not what you paid to ship it. Plus if you want to buy that same item in a different size or color and it's on sale, you can't use your credit toward the sale price. So basically you paid shipping out of pocket, get back less than you spent, and then have to pay full price if you want to reorder a sale item.

This company is the worst. They refuse refunds and only issue gift cards, but keep telling you differently. Sat on hold forever, had a rep ask me to explain everything multiple times and put me on hold repeatedly. Finally got a supervisor on the line after 25 minutes who promised a check refund within 48 hours. Two days later I get a voicemail saying they only do gift cards! This is unacceptable and they're going to hear from me first thing Monday morning. Total disaster.

They charge $20 just to ship, and the return shipping fee is huge. Don't buy from them. It's a total ripoff. You'd be better off going to Amazon instead.

Exchanging an order here is a nightmare. Their return process is decent but trying to get the right exchange details required calling customer service three separate times. This is basically a scam operation. Not only did they never send a gift card I bought but they hid an expensive membership inside what looked like a one-time deal and charged me $18.51 monthly for eight months before I figured out what was happening. They only refunded six months of the eight. The swimwear itself is fine but they'll take advantage of you whenever they can. You really can't trust this business.

Order arrived without any issues. Inside the box was a catalog that had one of my items listed at a lower price than what I paid. I called asking if they'd price match the difference and they refused. My order was just a tankini top and a knee-length coverup but they charged me $20.99 for shipping, which seems way too high for those two things. The actual products are okay but the way they do business leaves a lot to be desired. I'll be finding my swimwear elsewhere.

Been buying from this company for over 6 years now. I always go for chlorine resistant styles since I swim laps three times weekly. Normally they'd hold up for a year or so, which seemed fair. I only buy when things are on sale since their regular prices are steep, but with discounts they work out okay. My last two purchases in the past 4 months were disasters though. Got a tankini top and a one-piece both in solid colors. The tankini faded weird with circular marks right on my chest within a month. The dark blue one-piece had stripes and started looking patchy and gray within three weeks of first wearing it. Strange fading showed up near my belly and along the sides. Even the stripes began to fade. I called about the quality issues and they kept saying I couldn't return it past 60 days, which I get. But I wasn't asking for a return, I wanted compensation because of the poor quality.
