Wrong Color Received Twice I placed an order for boots and got the wrong color sent to me. I shipped them back and ordered again, and they sent the wrong color a second time. I returned those too. I've sent them two emails about this and also filed a complaint but haven't heard back from them at all. I'd advise against buying from here, their customer service is really bad.

Horrible Support and Delivery Nightmare Their delivery team didn't even attempt to bring my package when I was home. I gave them another day that worked and they still didn't show. I reached out saying I was heading out of town and asked to cancel and get my money back since I wouldn't be there anyway. Instead of listening, they tried delivering again and just left the boots sitting outside in the rain while I was away. Now I'm stuck having to send them back. Their delivery partner is terrible and the communication from the company itself was poor as well.

Very Confusing Pricing System It's annoying when an item shows one price like sixty dollars, you add it to your cart and suddenly it's ninety. Most other retailers don't pull this kind of thing. They really need to fix this.

Bradstreet Model Has a Manufacturing Problem I got a pair of Bradstreet shoes and they really hurt the back of my feet badly. The company kept insisting I got the wrong size, but I've bought this exact shoe from them multiple times before. The issue is clearly a design or manufacturing flaw. The collar material extends below the stitching. I'm pursuing this further through legal channels.

Avoid This Company At All Costs Do yourself a favor and don't order from here because your stuff probably won't show up and your refund will take forever. It's a total waste of your time. They partner with a delivery company that loses packages constantly according to tons of recent complaints, yet they keep using them. When I contacted the courier directly they assured me my package would arrive by ten in the evening. All day long they kept saying this would happen, even at five when it still hadn't left the warehouse, at seven when it still hadn't left, and even at 9:55 they were promising it would come, despite their cutoff being ten and the location being an hour away. How were they planning to teleport it? When packages do go missing, I'm legally entitled to redelivery under consumer rights law, but this company just offers refunds and ignores that fact completely. They don't care about consumer protection laws. At this point I'm confident my parcel is gone thanks to the courier's track record.

Disappointed With Both Quality and Support I got a pair of their Premium 6-Inch boots as a gift and have barely worn them, maybe once weekly for around two months in dry conditions only, and I store them properly in a cool spot. They basically still look new aside from one major problem: the padded collar is peeling and falling apart badly. For boots advertised as durable and premium, this shouldn't happen. I contacted the company with full details and they asked for photos which I sent right away. After that, nothing. They've completely stopped responding even though I've reached out multiple times. For a brand with this reputation, that's unacceptable. I wasn't necessarily expecting a repair or replacement, but at least acknowledging the issue would've been decent. Instead I'm stuck with broken boots and zero help. I won't be shopping with them again and can't recommend them to others.

Stay Away From This Company I purchased a pair from their official website and both were marked as the same size, but when I got them I realized one shoe was about 2cm shorter than the other. I reached out asking for a replacement and they denied it, claiming the warranty doesn't cover manufacturing issues. That's ridiculous. Under consumer protection laws, shoppers deserve products of acceptable quality and these definitely aren't. They claim warranty lasts 2 years but won't honor it. One shoe is actually painful to wear now. This is a complete scam and I'd tell anyone to shop elsewhere.

Great Help From Customer Service I bought shoes on sale during Black Friday and a completely different pair in a different size ended up arriving. When I called customer service about it, they said I'd have to return these and purchase the correct ones again. But they made it right by giving me a discount code so I could still get the sale price!
