UNIQLO Return Policies & Customer Support
Merchandise purchased on uniqlo.com can be exchanged within 30 days from the shipment date, but please note that exchanges are only accepted for the same product in a different color or size. To be eligible for an exchange, products must be unwashed, unworn, and still have all tags attached.
If you have an unwanted product, you will need to return it to UNIQLO’s warehouse and place a new order.
A $7 Return Shipping Fee will apply, along with applicable taxes in select states. However, you won’t incur any shipping charges for the exchange order. It’s important to note that the only accepted payment method for the exchange application is a credit card.
