USA only. You can't manage delivery in other countries

Its a devils intention for UPS to pretend to be an international delivery. Try "Manage delivery" in their interface. Its USA only! They process customs document wrongly and not contacting reciever, not answering to the sender (shop pretend to be international), not answering anywhere. Their stocks are falling 3 years that is karma. Better for them to stop sabotaging international logistic and leave this area. Stop fooling you clients! You are not putting effort in matters that is harder then van driving. Leave the international shipping finally!

I can't believe these bozos

I can't believe these bozos! I wish all of my packages were delivered by Fed X! Driver saw a straight truck blocking my driveway, and my garage door open, and leaves one of those damn stickers like I wasn't home. I sincerely hope I never get another package from them again! I feel so sorry for the good employee's!

Highway Robbery

Your charges due to tariffs are like thieves. $27.50 for a small light weight package involving item that cost $20. You want payment now? No you get it when package is delivered! Will be using Fed Ex moving forward! Greedy snots!

I should have used the US Postal…

I should have used the US Postal Service instead, but I used UPS. The package was scheduled for delivery at a time when I was out of town. I paid $9.99 to change the day of delivery and the following update I received said that they were unable to locate my package. I paid $10 for ups to lose my package. With taxes, tariffs and shipping costs it was worth $60. I will never use ups again. UPS can puff on it.

Don't Trust UPs

I sent ten fresh local burritos to my son in New Jersey because he loves our local Mexican cuisine here. After cooling them down I packed them in an insulated cooler bag with 12 frozen gel bags around them and then put it in a shipping box. I took it to the UPS store on Mill and Southern Avenues in Tempe, Arizona to send them. When we were told the cost to ship them next day would just south of $400 we opted for second day, still expensive at $218+. However, UPS didn't deliver them for 5 days. They had to go straight into the garbage. The topper is I can't get a refund. Supposedly I didn't elect A.M. delivery. All I asked them was to deliver as early as possible, explaining the contents and my concerns. And the round about way of contacting them was a nightmare too, going through the whole thing, being told they had to connect me with a different department but sending back to the beginning 5, 6 or maybe 7 times. I forget the exact number, because my frustration level was about an 11 out or 10 by then. Bottom line, they didn't honor their commitment to me and they kept my money.

You know when you call a company I…

You know when you call a company I think sometimes their customer service people forget that they had to take extensive training to know all the nuances and policies of UPS. So when they do something very strange like ship a package for a couple of days and then turn it over to the hands of another company without any mention of this service, without anything on the website that says oh your tracking number now is this tracking number and is being shipped with USPS. Instead you just get the tracking just stopping. When you try to get some kind of clarification you get customer service bots that are my least favorite convenience in the world. You ask the chat bot for an agent and they take your phone number and say they'll call you back. They call you back with a customer service agent who hears your whole story and then says I'm sorry but you have to call another department to track this package but he doesn't even transfer me he makes me take a number down and call the next number so I do and they say the same thing... Well we handed it over to Innovative Services or something and so you need to go onto their website to find out where it is. I ask is it no longer in the hands of UPS. That's when he says that it's in the innovative hands and I explained to him that I don't know what that means so he's gonna have to be more forthright with his information. He said he wasn't allowed to give me the number of this other department that my package is tied up with and So what felt like a lifetime I finally it got him to explain that UPS turns the packages at some point over to the US postal system. and what starts as a UPS tracking number becomes USPS tracking number in their hands and this is not disclosed on the UPS website when you're tracking at all nor is it disclosed on the company that chose to to send it that way. I feel like this customer service really serves nobody. I was told it would come on the 23rd. Christmas with my children came and went Still no package so finally midday of the 26th I go through all this and find out it's been sitting in my mailbox. I saw the UPS tracking number it faked me out and made me think this package was coming by UPS so therefore there would be no need for me to check the mailbox looking a package that was shipped UPS. I hope that made sense because none of it makes sense to me it's just stupid. And if it is a smarter cheaper way to get packages sent then let people know what you're doing. Let people know on your website when you plug your number into UPS instead of saying the package just stops here, include that your package was handed over to USPS and you can find that tracking information on their website. Because if we think our package is UPS And then it just stops being able to be tracked we don't have a crystal ball so that we can say oh maybe I need to track it through USPS because that's not typical. So just like you educate your agents who don't deal with customers, You need to educate the public what you're doing with our packages. If the policy is a good you make it bad by not making your customers aware of what you're doing.

UPS managed to turn what should have…

UPS managed to turn what should have been a routine delivery into an absolute failure—one with serious consequences. My package contained prescription medications, yet UPS lost it and treated the situation with astonishing indifference. Reaching a live representative was nearly impossible; the automated system ran me in circles, and when I finally spoke to someone, the help was superficial at best. The core issue was a computer glitch on UPS’s end that repeatedly diverted my package to a pickup site four hours away, despite my correct home address clearly printed on the shipping label. Instead of fixing the error, UPS simply let it happen over and over again. I was given empty promises that the package would be retrieved, rerouted, and delivered to my home. None of that happened. Each assurance turned out to be meaningless. What makes this even more infuriating is that I pay for UPS Choice Premium, which is marketed as a service that provides control, reliability, and support. In reality, it was completely useless. It did not prevent the error, it did not speed up resolution, and it did not provide access to competent customer service. Paying extra for a service that offers zero real benefit during a critical situation feels like a scam. This wasn’t an inconvenience—it was a failure involving medically necessary prescriptions, handled with negligence, poor communication, and broken promises. UPS demonstrated a total lack of accountability, ineffective systems, and customer service that collapses the moment something goes wrong. If UPS can’t be trusted to deliver essential medication or fix their own errors, they have no business claiming reliability.

Christmas package lost!

Christmas package sent to family in Richmond VA lost. Cost $48 to send! Driver states he handed pkg to a boy but pkg was never found. Maybe wrong house?? No picture taken. The only way to get reimbursement is to give them your bank account info. Too risky on the internet. Never using UPS again!

Lost Parcel, rubbish service

Your customer service is abhorrent! I had a parcel shipped form the USA to the UK, they said they would update status about delivery date but they never did, all it said once it was in the UK was "In transit" which the customer service representative also wasn't sure of. Turns out, while I was on the phone with customer service the package was "Delivered" and even tho I was home, there was no parcel in sight! And the proof of deliver DID NOT contain a picture, not to mention the delivery notification arrived 6 hours after the supposed delivery time! I'm pretty sure they lost my parcel. No notification if they left it with the neighbor, at least with a picture I could see what door they left it at, but no picture. Rubbish service.
