I wanted to share this review so you can feel confident about buying a Made In stainless steel pan. I spent a lot of time researching before deciding, comparing them to other brands like All-Clad. I grabbed the 12-inch stainless pan on sale right before the holidays and have been using it constantly for about five months now. I absolutely love it. The pros: looks fantastic, cleans easily, makes food taste better, heats evenly, and has a great handle that stays cool while cooking. One small con is that the 12-inch is pretty big, so you need storage space for it, though I'd probably display it anyway since it looks so good. I have a stainless handle instead of brass, but sometimes I wonder if the brass option might get hot more easily. I use this on an older coil electric stove and it heats up fast and consistently. I've made everything from steak dinners to fried eggs and as long as you preheat properly, it performs like a non-stick but without any concerning coatings.

Got a Wrangler collaboration knife for my fiancee's anniversary gift, but the postal service lost it and sent it back to the warehouse by mistake. Last week I ordered a stovetop grill for him too, but that's when everything fell apart. The shipping address was wrong from the start. I called customer service and got nothing but a generic auto-reply email. After multiple follow-ups, my package still went to the wrong state instead of reaching my son-in-law. For a customer who's invested this much money, the service has been inexcusable.

The actual cookware is solid, but I'm giving two stars because of the constant text messages I get every single day with no way to stop them. It feels incredibly disrespectful and pushy. We won't be buying from Made In anymore and will look elsewhere for our kitchen needs.

You cannot reach this company by phone or messaging. Email is your only option and good luck getting a response. I've sent four separate emails with nothing back. I purchased a stainless steel pan and something went wrong when I first tried using it. Without their support, I can't even use the pan. I honestly can't recommend buying from them based on this alone.

Absolutely dreadful customer service experience. I've been waiting over three weeks for my refund and it's a nightmare. I've followed up multiple times with no acknowledgment of my return or any refund confirmation. The person handling my case seems completely lost and unhelpful. I'm now filing a chargeback with my credit card because this company clearly doesn't care about customer rights.

The email and social media support has been responsive and helpful, but phone and chat support don't seem to work at all. My main issue is the wok itself. I saved for months to buy this and the handle design makes it impossible to properly toss food, which defeats the whole purpose of owning a wok. While it does heat up quickly and the seasoning works okay, that handle problem is a dealbreaker. It's advertised like it can toss, but it really can't. They never offered any middle ground solution and seemed disappointed they didn't run a holiday sale on the wok either.

This pan is terrible! Bought it for my husband as a Christmas gift and everything sticks to it no matter what we try. My husband actually knows his way around a kitchen, so this shouldn't be happening with a premium pan like this.

Made In has decent customer service, but their ceramic coated pans are problematic. I'm now on my fourth replacement for a 10-inch ceramic pan and it's still not right. The first one lost its non-stick coating almost immediately. The second one chipped after just five uses. The third had a coating that felt rough like sandpaper. Even the latest one has a rough, uneven finish on one side. I'm done dealing with this. Their older non-stick pans were better, and their steel cookware is solid, but this ceramic line is a real problem.

Hands down the best cookware manufacturer available in North America. Product quality is truly unmatched and the price point is fair. They also partner with top-tier culinary professionals and brands who depend on their products, which is pretty cool knowing that my pans are trusted by industry experts. I was gifted a carbon steel fry pan and it's been phenomenal. Still going strong after 4 years of regular cooking.
