Been buying from them for years with no problems until recently. Very frustrated with how I was handled given my history. I purchased a water bottle mount and the website gave zero indication it was out of stock. Nothing. No order updates either. When I checked days later, it hadn't shipped. I had to ask what was going on. Got a vague sorry and that's it. Waited five more days with no info, then contacted them again. After several chat attempts without reaching anyone by phone, finally got a real explanation about internal inventory issues. This shouldn't happen. From a brand I've trusted this long, it felt like they didn't care and were giving me the runaround.

Tons of budget friendly options on the big sites would've shown up on time. Their support team wasn't helpful either. Unfortunate because I prefer not to use Amazon but had to this time.

Awful product matched with terrible support. Received a new phone as a present with a matching case, replacing my older model. Bought a screen guard thinking it would give me solid protection with the case on my pricey phone. When I applied it there was roughly a 1.6mm gap. Tried carefully adjusting it but couldn't get it to sit right, so I removed it and got a different one delivered fast through an online retailer. Attempted to reach out via their automated chat with no luck. Messaged them through social media describing the problem. They took a day to answer. Took another day before they sent me something. I immediately told them I already fixed it myself but they never responded for another full day, then basically said my timing was off. I wanted a refund for the useless product, not another poor quality one. They completely ignored what I originally asked for and gave me the runaround. Done with them.

Terrible quality and awful support experience. I got a new phone as a gift along with a matching case, and wanted to add a screen protector for my expensive device. The protector had a huge gap when I put it on, so I ended up buying a different one online with faster shipping. When I tried contacting customer service through their website it didn't work. I messaged them on social media about the problem. They took a full day to respond, then another full day before sending anything. When I replied that I'd already solved it myself, they ignored me for 24 more hours and basically said too bad. I asked for my money back since I'll never use that low quality protector, but they just brushed me off. I'm done with this company.

The cup holder mount is fantastic. Really solid construction and simple to operate. Their stuff costs a bit more but you definitely get what you pay for.
