I bought a MyPad wool mattress because it came highly recommended for people with HSD/hEDS. The quality seemed solid overall, but it had a strong odor that didn't fade in time for me to send it back within the window. Since I'm prone to headaches triggered by smells, I figured returning it made sense. When I contacted support, getting approval was like pulling teeth and they kept questioning whether I'd actually used it. Finally they said they'd send a return label and charge $18 for shipping once processed. When the refund hit my card though, they'd taken out $35.57 instead with no explanation for the extra charge. I'd definitely be careful ordering from them directly, or just buy from Amazon where returns are straightforward. I was trying to support them by not going through Amazon and ended up worse off and out money because of it.

I'm a huge fan of Sleep & Beyond! The bedding feels so clean, soft, and genuinely natural which I really appreciate knowing it's organic and chemical-free. My order got here super fast and came beautifully wrapped. Plus their customer service team was fantastic!

Just revamped my entire sleep setup with some fantastic organic products and the results have been amazing. Added bamboo sheets that are super soft and breathable for temperature control. Got sateen sheets too which feel more luxurious and heavy with great drape and hotel-like comfort. There's also this green muslin blanket that's lightweight but surprisingly warm, perfect for layering and adds a nice calming vibe to the bedroom. The real standout was the MyWoolly Latex Topper which completely changed things for me. It's supportive and plush while staying breathable, and I haven't had back or hip pain since using it. Temperature stays comfortable all night. Knowing everything's made from organic wool and latex without any harsh chemicals is really reassuring. Sleep & Beyond completely transformed my sleep experience with their commitment to clean, natural materials sourced ethically.

Been buying from them for quite a while and recently had to do a return. They handled the whole process honestly and without hassle. That kind of treatment really says a lot about the company and the people working there. Definitely plan to order from them again.

These sheets are genuinely organic. I searched everywhere for sheets that would fit our 18 inch mattress, were ethically and organically made, and felt good to sleep on. These checked every single box. The ivory color is gorgeous and creates that warm inviting atmosphere in the bedroom. It's such a relief to be able to sleep knowing my bedding is truly healthy for me.

We've got two comforters and three organic merino wool toppers from Sleep & Beyond and absolutely adore them! A friend suggested the brand and we're so glad they did. Everything is incredibly comfortable, built with real quality, and made to last for years.

I'm genuinely confused by all these negative reviews out there. Their support team has been incredible and really goes the extra mile to help and answer questions about what they sell. I've had a merino wool comforter from them for seven years and their sheets and duvet covers are top notch. I'd take those bad reviews with a grain of salt honestly.

I've tried organic sheets from multiple brands and these are far and away my favorite. The quality is excellent, they're really soft, and they hold up great over time. Their customer service is fantastic too.

Hands down the worst customer service I've run into in a long time. Had a problem with their website and reached out, and the response from their team member was honestly pretty rude and unhelpful. Getting the feeling they're not really interested in gaining new business here.

Saw an ad for their products online and thought this was finally my chance to get the bedding I'd been wanting. Unfortunately that wasn't the case. What arrived was nothing like what the ad showed. Super disappointed with what they sent.
