UK customers, be careful! This company's customer service is absolutely dreadful! Skip this brand and spend a little extra on something like Samsung instead. These products fall apart after a few months. I paid over three hundred pounds for the Dreametech H12 Pro wet dry machine and within just a few months it started leaking water from underneath and lost suction completely. The water damage messed up both my walls and my flooring. Their customer service is hands down the absolute worst I've ever encountered. Even though it was under warranty, I still had a nightmare experience. I shipped the machine to their repair facility as instructed with their promise to make it right. When it came back quote-unquote fixed, nothing was actually repaired. The only thing they did was leave the dirty water tank full, so the box arrived dripping and reeking of mold. The entire unit smelled disgusting. I was furious and demanded they send me a replacement machine that actually works, but they keep making it difficult and dragging their feet.
Warning: this company is selling returned merchandise as brand new! I purchased what I thought was a new Dreame L40S model and paid full price. When I opened the box immediately, I spotted a return label from the original customer who had sent this unit back previously. The label was still taped right on there, meaning the company never even bothered to check what was wrong with it before reselling it. They just threw it back in their warehouse and shipped it out as a fresh unit. That's a total ripoff. I captured the whole unboxing and have video proof of everything.
Ordered a B-stock unit called the Dreame L10s Pro Ultra Heat through eBay back in May, but they sent me the L10s Pro Ultra instead, which doesn't have the heat feature. Once I complained, the company admitted their mistake and fixed the eBay listing. However, the box itself says it has features like hot water mop cleaning that only work on the Heat version. After filing my complaint, they promised to swap it out for the correct model. I sent my unit back as they instructed. They emailed saying they'd ship a replacement but never provided tracking info. When I followed up, I got contradictory answers, and they suddenly claimed an exchange wasn't possible even though they'd already promised me one. The whole experience was disappointing and lacked transparency. Despite their clear errors here, the solution they offered fell through.
Absolute Worst Experience Ever, Steer Clear at All Costs! Dreametech is a complete headache to work with. It took them FIVE whole days just to send out a return label, which is totally unacceptable. I had to make several calls just to get basic answers. They offered me a discount on a replacement machine, then pulled the offer away without saying why. They lied, ghosted my messages, and showed no accountability whatsoever. My previous machine broke after two years and getting help with repairs was a complete mess. And don't even get me started on refunds, which were slow, frustrating, and handled incompetently. This is a terrible company and I'd tell anyone to stay away.

Just constant frustration dealing with their customer support. The actual product works great, but their US team basically doesn't exist. I tried calling and they wouldn't even confirm they received my vacuum. When I showed them the UPS tracking confirmation, they told me to just contact Fed Ex or UPS myself. It felt like I was talking to a machine, not a person. The call was unprofessional too, full of random beeping and people in the background yelling. Eventually I had to file a chargeback and got my money back. Look it up online and you'll see tons of complaints about their support. This company isn't worth it. They spend tons on paid endorsements and fake reviews instead of actually helping customers.
Never experienced customer service this poor in my entire life. I bought a replacement water tank and it arrived damaged so it never made it to my door. I asked them to send me a new tank and I'm still waiting. They keep saying they're escalating this to a different department but nothing ever happens. I'm considering getting a lawyer involved at this point. Don't shop here because their customer service is absolutely horrible.

Never experienced anything like it before. During my first call with an agent, he literally told me his shift was done and he'd get back to me tomorrow. After six weeks of going back and forth, they told me my warranty had expired and while they'd cover shipping, I'd have to pay for the actual repairs myself. My advice: look elsewhere. This company isn't worth your time.
