DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. I placed my order on February 19th but it didn't actually process until the 26th. I had to call three times to figure out why there was such a delay. After my first call, someone promised me two-day expedited shipping to make up for the problem, which never happened. On my first and second calls, I couldn't get a tracking number because they said they were updating their shipping systems. By the third call I finally got tracking info, but only after I threatened to cancel and stop payment through my bank. The charge stayed pending on my card until the 26th. The representatives had no clue what was going on and made promises they never planned to keep. They gave me a $30 credit but the code wasn't valid. I'm wondering if this company is even American anymore. They claim to be based in Pennsylvania but all my transactions show North Carolina. This has been a nightmare and I'd tell anyone considering ordering to look elsewhere.

This company frequently has coupons running and their shipping is quick. Their pricing is competitive too. My only wish is they carried more variety in pipes and bulk tobacco for blending. Smoking Pipes carries way more selection, though you hardly ever see deals from them and their regular prices are higher. You need to spend more to get free shipping there. When I find a major brand pipe I'm interested in, I usually check here first. Often I'll save twenty bucks or more by buying from them. Feels like they're spread too thin across different product categories though. They do a little bit of cigars, a little bit of pipes, a little bit of tobacco. I really want deep inventory in pipes and bulk blending tobacco, so I end up going to Smoking Pipes most of the time.

This outfit asked me to send a copy of my driver's license to verify my age. I did that, and they sent me another email asking me to verify my age again. When I pointed out I'd already done it, they said they got it but would be shipping to a different address than what I wanted. When I asked them to correct it, they said the order couldn't be changed. These people seem completely incompetent. I cancelled everything and I'm waiting to see if I'll actually get my refund. I paid through PayPal and I'm never coming back here. Worst service I've ever dealt with.

Watch out, this company will bill you over and over without letting you know. Skip them completely.

Placed an order for my father-in-law early this month and got charged for it. They've sent me about three separate emails asking me to verify my age but when I tried contacting their support team, they never got back to me. That's forty bucks wasted. This isn't somewhere I'll shop at again.

I never post reviews, but I had to make an exception here. I bought a pipe as a gift on December 1st and it still hasn't shipped. I've called customer service twice and they claim they don't have any information about it. When I spoke to a representative, she said that first-time customers just have to wait longer, whatever that means. To make matters worse, my credit card got compromised and someone used it to try ordering from their site. The whole thing makes me seriously question if this business is legitimate. I won't be shopping here again.

My package went to the wrong address and I needed help. I called customer service and spoke with someone named Amy who was really professional and fixed everything right away. They're sending me a replacement order today. Definitely coming back to shop here again.
