Ordered something on May 8 and my account still shows it's processing. If they don't have it in stock, they need to refund me now. My first order from April came fine, so I took advantage of their May sale. Still nothing, no responses. The toll-free customer service line is completely useless. We should be able to stop payment on this.
Don't shop here because of sales - I got hit with a credit card scam. My card was overcharged by $300 this month. Can't get through to customer service at all to fix it. I'm having to cancel my card and dispute the charge. This is not worth the risk.
Total scam. They charged my bank account 3 times for the same order. The items haven't even been delivered yet and they keep charging me. I'm furious.
Absolutely terrible experience. I placed an order about a month back and still haven't received most of it. After sending multiple emails, only 1 of my 3 items showed up. Even though I've paid in full, they won't tell me when the remaining items are coming. Definitely won't be shopping there again.
Over a month ago I ordered a dress online and still no shipping notification. When I checked their site, the same dress in my size is still available for sale, so it doesn't look like it was oversold. I've messaged customer service twice and gotten zero response. I'm hoping based on some reviews that it might eventually show up, but honestly at this point I think my money is gone. Can't recommend ordering from them.
Don't order from them online or in-store. My items came in the wrong sizes and I emailed customer service. Nearly a month with no response. They're clearly falling apart.
Their shipping is totally unreliable. I have 2 orders pending. The first one I've been waiting 5 weeks for - I got 1 out of 2 items. The second order is at 3 weeks and I've received 2 of 5 items. I emailed about my first order and was told it would ship that week, but that was 2 weeks ago. When I followed up they just said shipping is delayed. I usually order multiple items to justify the shipping cost, but I already got charged shipping on my incomplete order. I'm wondering if they're overselling stuff. I've gotten packages from China faster than this. Really disappointed.
Processing doesn't actually take 3-5 business days like they claim. I've been waiting almost 2 weeks now and keep getting emails saying my order is still being processed and will ship soon. Their website says 3-5 business days but that's clearly not real. Called their customer service number and got nothing but an automated message telling me to email. Emailed them too with no response. Can't get through to anyone. UPDATE: It's been nearly a month. I received 4 of the 5 shoes I ordered - all correct sizes and brand new. Never got an email notification they shipped. Packages came via a ride share app instead of a courier. Still waiting on the 1 item that says processing on their site. UPDATE: Still waiting on that last item but the rest arrived in perfect condition and they only charged me for what I received.
This has been awful. My order took forever to arrive and when it did, one item was a completely different color - I ordered black and got white. I also ordered tan sandals but got both left feet. They don't even check their packing. I've been trying to email but they don't respond. This experience has been horrible and I'm waiting to hear what happens next with this order.
