Customer service here is the worst I've experienced. I've been waiting over a week and a half for my money back with nothing to show for it. When I reached out via email, I got a template response that didn't help. Heads up to shoppers everywhere - I'm disputing this with my credit card company to recover my payment.

The actual clothing at Michael Stars is pretty good, but their customer service is a disaster. I sent my return back and they confirmed delivery on 7/2/25. Two weeks later on 7/15/2025 and I still don't have my refund. They're saying it'll be two weeks or more. That's unacceptable. I used to shop at Nordstrom and they process returns instantly. For the price point of these items, holding onto customer money this long feels sketchy. I won't be ordering directly from them anymore.

Do yourself a favor and don't order from here. If you return something, be prepared to wait a full month before you see your refund.

Really wish I'd looked at reviews before ordering. I sent back an item which they confirmed getting on 7/22, and nearly four weeks later I still don't have my money. I've tried calling and emailing repeatedly with zero response. Now I'm stuck filing a dispute with my credit card which will take forever just to try to get my money back. This feels dishonest and I'm not coming back.

Worst customer service ever for my first time shopping here. I ordered two tanks for about 68 bucks each and got them on 7/11/24. The Maya style tank was way bigger on one side than the other with permanent creasing all over it. The Nelly tank went on sale that same day I received mine. I contacted them four times through every channel I could find and no one helped. When they finally got back to me, they just said they don't do price adjustments and ignored the fact that I received a damaged product. This place is awful and I wish I'd read the reviews first. Never shopping here again.

I'm stuck with an issue involving my rewards account and can't get any assistance. The system won't let me apply my points correctly and the balance won't update properly even though I didn't use all of them. This is incredibly frustrating when I'm trying to make a purchase.

There basically is no customer service at Michael Stars. They only provide email contact info, no phone line at all. I've sent three emails about a problem with my order and still haven't gotten a single response. I've stopped buying from them and switched to Eileen Fisher where they actually have petite sizes and much better support.

I've bought three things from this company. After loving my first purchase so much, I ordered a second item (a dress), but when I tried it on it was way too transparent and I wasn't comfortable wearing it. I've asked four times to swap it for a different color and haven't gotten any response. To make it worse, my original purchase started falling apart after being washed just twice. I'm disappointed because these clothes aren't affordable and shouldn't fall apart or have fit issues.

Used to think this was a solid company but now I'm concerned about their practices. I left a negative review and it got taken down right away, which is suspicious.
