Tracksmith Reviews
What Shoppers Say About Tracksmith
Tracksmith has a deeply divided customer base. Shoppers who receive responsive customer service praise the quality of products and individual staff members like Nica, who resolve issues promptly and professionally. However, the majority of recent reviews describe serious fulfillment and customer service failures: missing items from orders, unresponsive support despite multiple contact attempts, confusing or broken return processes, and undisclosed customs charges on international orders. Several customers report being ignored for weeks despite repeated emails, with some forced to file chargebacks or payment disputes to resolve issues.
The core complaint across negative reviews is not product quality but operational failures in order fulfillment and customer support responsiveness. Shoppers describe feeling either ghosted or misled, with promises made but not kept and return processes that don't function as advertised. The high proportion of one-star reviews suggests systemic problems rather than isolated incidents, raising questions about whether the company can reliably deliver what customers order and pay for.

Sorted by: Most recentThis is the most dishonest retailer I've dealt with. Spent $277 on a heirloom hoodie and was promised a Chicago 25 label as part of the deal, but it never showed up. I followed up three times and kept getting broken promises. I had to file a chargeback with my credit card. I've spent thousands here over the past year but I'm done. Stay away.
Nica got back to me right away with a professional approach. Had a problem with a defective item and she fixed it immediately. I'm definitely a fan now, thanks so much!
Terrible customer service and completely unresponsive. Got a tee that's too small and wanted to swap for a larger size or get a refund, but they've ghosted me despite sending multiple emails. The return label says they accept returns within 30 days, but there's no actual way to process one.
Needed to send something back and the quality was nice, but the process had some issues. After my return was processed and I got my money back, I kept getting emails saying I had limited time to return the item. Their system needs some work because that was pretty confusing and stressful.
Ordered three items for £350 with written confirmation that all taxes and duties were included. Then DHL sent me an invoice for £131.40 in additional charges. I emailed their support on the fifth to ask them to fix their customs paperwork, but 30 emails and seven weeks later, they did absolutely nothing. I had to file a PayPal dispute just to pay DHL or face legal action. Tracksmith refused to acknowledge they messed up the customs documents. Don't buy from them if you're ordering internationally. The time and frustration cost me way more than the original purchase. I was forced to pay the extra £131.40 to avoid being sued. This company is not worth it.
I bought two different colors of the same tee and the packing slip showed both were included, but I only got one shirt. I've reached out five times and haven't heard back once. Their products are solid, but I'm not confident they'll actually send what I pay for. It's either a scam or they're completely overwhelmed. I'd order more if I knew my order would show up correctly, but I'm too nervous to risk losing more money.
This feels like a scam. The package supposedly came from China and took four weeks. Once it supposedly arrived, they pointed me to a tracking service I'd never heard of that claims delivery, but my local post office has zero record of it. I need either my shirt or my money back. Support just keeps telling me to check with neighbors and the post office instead of actually helping.
Really disappointed that the product I ordered wasn't in stock. After waiting 20 days to find out, they couldn't locate it. I was hoping for a replacement but instead got offered 20% off, which was nowhere near what I originally paid or worth the hassle. The physical stores and team members are awesome though.
