Don't order if you're outside the US. They claim they ship globally but your money gets taken and the package ends up stuck in distribution. You have to request a cancellation yourself since they won't notify you, and then you lose money on the exchange when you get refunded.

Strangest online shopping experience of my life. I put in a three hundred dollar order and got a confirmation email. One minute later, another email says it's cancelled because of fraud suspicion. Nothing like this has ever happened to me and I did nothing wrong. Their system flagged me for no reason at all. I went somewhere else. When I called, the rep had no idea what was going on. Definitely steer clear of this unprofessional outfit.

The crotch area separated from the waistband on two out of three pairs I received. When I contacted their support team, they said they'd send replacements, but I never heard back from them and no replacement items ever showed up. Been buying both men's and women's styles multiple times over several years now. Yeah, they're pricey outside of sales, but the women's Air Mesh briefs feel invisible and prevent panty lines really well. The cotton briefs are super soft and also keep panty lines minimal. I travel constantly and love how compact they are plus how fast they dry. I use a lingerie bag and always hang dry, never the dryer, and they last forever. My husband really appreciates that his cotton briefs from three years ago still don't have waistband issues. I'm a loyal fan like I am with other quality brands.
