Parks Project Reviews
What Shoppers Say About Parks Project
Parks Project receives sharply divided customer feedback, with 15 shoppers rating it 2.3 out of 5. Satisfied customers praise the quality of apparel, particularly jackets, fleeces, and shirts, noting good craftsmanship and comfortable fits. Fast shipping is also cited as a positive when orders process smoothly. However, a significant portion of reviewers report serious fulfillment problems, including orders sitting unshipped for weeks without customer service response, damaged items in transit, and difficulty resolving shipping damage claims. Several shoppers also express frustration with sizing inconsistency across products and high prices relative to perceived value, especially when factoring in return shipping fees and potential losses.
The divided ratings suggest Parks Project delivers excellent experiences for some customers but falls short substantially for others, particularly regarding order fulfillment reliability and post-purchase support. Issues with unresponsive customer service and return processes appear to be recurring pain points that affect overall satisfaction.

Sorted by: Most recentReceived a shirt via mail in a torn envelope with the plastic bag ripped open as well, though the actual shirt appeared fine. Still wanted to send it back to be safe. I unknowingly purchased shipping protection during checkout, so they directed me to handle the claim through that company. After exchanging multiple emails and photos, they told me it wasn't their problem since the shirt looked okay. I then asked Parks Project directly for a return and they gave me a mailing label. When I tracked it, it showed the post office couldn't deliver because the location was supposedly closed. A couple days later it said delivered to a garage or alternate spot, which was odd. I've reached out to Parks Project customer support but no response yet. Really hoping I get my money back. The whole situation seems like a USPS problem mostly, but I won't be ordering from this company again.
Placed my order on December 12 for the shearling Yogi Bear jacket and Defend the Bears Nalgene bottle, and it got shipped the exact same day. Got it delivered by December 16 and I'm absolutely thrilled! The jacket is incredibly cozy and comfortable with excellent fit and quality craftsmanship. I'm already carrying around my water bottle everywhere. Treated myself with this gift and I absolutely adore it!
Used to trust this company years back, but now they're unreliable. My recent order has been sitting in limbo for two weeks without shipping, and I can't get anyone to respond. They've basically ghosted me after taking my cash. The actual products used to be solid, but I'm so done with this brand that I'm removing their logos from everything I own. Their automated chat gives false info, emails go unanswered, and their phone lines don't pick up. There's nothing they make that's special enough to tolerate this level of service, so I'm moving on. Won't be recommending them to anyone.
These shirts are really well made overall. I will say that sizing and feel vary depending on which shirt you pick, but the construction quality is consistently good. Some mediums fit me perfectly while others I know will shrink after one or two washes. My advice is to size up when shopping here since their shirts tend to run short compared to other brands. The craftsmanship is excellent, and I'm a big fan of their muted and pastel color options. I'm honestly confused about all the one and two star reviews. Those seem to be mostly complaints about delivery problems. I've bought many shirts and hoodies and haven't had any shipping issues at all. The brand is sold by tons of major retailers, so anyone calling this a scam is probably just frustrated. Parks Project is one of my top favorite shirt companies and the proceeds support a meaningful cause. Don't let negative reviews scare you off. I'm a repeat customer and my only minor issue is that sizing varies on some medium sizes.
I'm honestly puzzled by a lot of the negative reviews here. A friend showed up to an event wearing a Parks Project fleece and it looked fantastic. It caught my eye so much that I had to ask where he got it. Never heard of the brand before then. I ordered that same evening and got a tracking number from FedEx the next day. I'm on the east coast and they operate from the west coast, but still, they shipped it out the same day I bought it. From purchase to delivery should only take about a week, which is actually pretty fast. All things considered, it seems like maybe they took the criticism seriously and made changes. My experience has been completely different from the negative reviews I was reading. I almost talked myself out of buying because of what I found online, but I'm glad I didn't.
The pricing is way too high for how poor the quality is. I sent back a fleece after being incredibly disappointed with it, but ended up losing about $20 total between their return fees and the original shipping cost. Skip their apparel.
The order showed up on time and the designs were cool. Got the Big Sur and California Parks prints. However, the actual tee quality was really disappointing. These are pretty basic graphic t-shirts, nothing special. They're similar quality to what you'd get from a local screen printing shop. There's nothing inherently wrong with that, but $40 per shirt should come with both premium quality AND incredible design. You can definitely find better quality for that price point elsewhere.
Placed an order through their Instagram store on December 13 and didn't expect delivery before the holidays since it was late in the season. After no updates by mid January, I reached out and they gave me a gift card code. I ordered another shirt with that code plus an extra $10. That shirt arrived a week later. The quality didn't feel worth the price. When I followed up through email, they acknowledged there was an Instagram system error that day affecting multiple orders. Their only solution was to cancel the original order and give me a $25 gift card to reorder. To replace what I lost, I would've needed at least a $100 gift card since items weren't discounted anymore after the new year. Really bad situation overall, even though I was being patient about shipping. If they had a technical glitch with Instagram orders, why didn't they proactively cancel everything and reach out to affected customers to make it right?
Never got my order and can't track where it went. They won't respond to any of my messages.
These people take your money then ignore all your customer service emails. There's no phone support and your order never arrives. It's completely illegitimate. I've seen multiple comments on Instagram from others experiencing the same issue. Don't waste your money on this company.
