I'm sorry to say this, but your company really needs to improve its professionalism. I still haven't gotten my order. The shipping vendor they use is unreliable and my package has been stuck at a distribution hub since late October with no delivery to my address. This has gone on way too long and items should have arrived by now.

I bought apple cider vinegar through their site and when it arrived, the box was already open. I reached out to complain and their response was to offer me 20 percent off my next purchase. That's completely unacceptable. The real issue is that the product was already open and I'm not comfortable using something like that. I wasn't looking for a discount code. My problem never got resolved and I won't be ordering from this company again. I'm concerned they might be selling products that didn't move fast enough and could be outdated. Can anyone tell me how to actually get someone from this company on the phone? My order keeps showing the same status in a loop. The tracking keeps saying it's arriving or it's at the same spot, and it changes daily but never leaves Georgia. It's been stuck in one location the whole time. I had a bad feeling about ordering here after reading all the negative reviews, but I went ahead anyway. Now I can't reach anyone and my item hasn't shown up. I'm probably going to have to dispute the charge with my bank since there's no way to get in contact with them.
