Sorted by: Most recentDon't bother with this place. Find a pool company that actually knows what they're doing and has a solid track record. The pool was supposed to show up on Monday the 7th. I had my sister ready at the house to accept the delivery. Right before that on Sunday, my husband collapsed in the bathroom with a fever of almost 104 degrees and had to be taken to the hospital by ambulance. Turned out he has a really uncommon type of cancer. Then I get a text Wednesday from the delivery people saying they'd bring it that day. I'm at work and couldn't get anyone to be home for it. So I called the pool factory to explain what was happening and honestly the person I talked to was incredibly rude. He didn't care one bit about what we were dealing with. He turned around and charged my credit card 1349 dollars because the pool got sent back to them. He acted like my situation meant absolutely nothing. I never even laid eyes on the pool since it never came when they promised. Plenty of other reputable pool companies are out there. Go with someone else.
