Sorted by: Most recentGot my second umbrella from you all today and I'm really disappointed. The packaging was destroyed and one of the umbrella parts had already snapped off before it even got here. Our first one didn't last long either after we bought it. I requested a replacement thinking that would solve things, but this arrived in terrible shape. For what you're charging for these Napoli umbrellas, the quality just doesn't match the price tag. Honestly, I picked up a basic pool umbrella from Ollie's for way less money and it's holding up way better. It's frustrating when a company wants premium prices but delivers bargain basement products.
Placed an order for a pricey outdoor chair at $340 plus a separate table order. FedEx ended up delivering everything to the wrong place. By the time we found out what happened and drove over to the address, the packages had already been taken. Turns out FedEx has been consistently leaving our packages at this empty house instead of our actual apartment. When I got there I couldn't believe it - there were 9 different packages sitting there from all kinds of people! Every single one had an apartment number on it. Complained to FedEx and got zero help. That's when I called Grand Patio and they completely came through for us. They replaced both items at no extra charge and actually helped us reroute the new delivery to my daughter's place for safety. Everything showed up perfect this time. Their customer service really impressed me!
