I've spent so much money there that I qualify for their top rewards tier which is supposed to give me free shipping at fifty dollars. That hasn't worked in over a year. And there's no actual person you can talk to at this company anymore. It's ridiculous.
This is absolutely ridiculous. I purchased a pair of boyfriend jeans and nowhere in the product description does it mention there's a big hole in them. The image shows some small blemishes but definitely not a major gap like what I got. I reached out to complain but their policy won't even cover shipping returns plus they tack on a restocking charge. I asked for my money back completely. They agreed to drop the restocking fee but I'm still eating the shipping cost. It really bothers me that I'm out money because the product wasn't shown accurately online. I'm never buying from this brand again and honestly I hope that shipping fee wasn't worth losing a long-term customer over.
I've placed a couple orders from them. They don't give full refunds and their shipping takes forever. Most of my items either lost their shape or started fading fast despite careful washing and hanging to dry. Plus that skirt was just horrible, super bulky and unflattering. I'm pretty sure I'm done with any of their products. The quality is bad, the service is even worse, and I get the feeling they're robbing Peter to pay Paul which is why everything takes forever. Oh wait, I just got a refund but it's only a tiny portion of what I originally paid. I went back and asked what the partial refund was about and apparently I didn't ask to cancel the full order even though I did. Total mess.

I bought something over a month ago and the listing never said it was a preorder with an October shipping date. When I emailed to ask about it, they confirmed it was a preorder but promised everything would ship on schedule. Spoiler alert: it didn't. About a week later I emailed again and their response was basically oh sorry we actually have big delays, you want to cancel? I said yes, cancel my order. Then they're like well cancellation isn't guaranteed, we sent it to the warehouse. Super unprofessional.
