instabridge.com Reviews

They packed a free launcher with aggressive, malware-type ads that get forced onto your phone.

Skip this app entirely. It completely ruins your phone's home screen, infiltrates basically every function on your device, and makes the whole phone frustrating to use. You'll get bombarded constantly with advertisements and lose access to your own information. Serious warning here.

This app destroyed my home screen, never actually gave me any wifi connectivity, and removing it was a nightmare. It's probably not stealing anything, but it's completely pointless.

Paid good money for some data before traveling and immediately got hit with two ads. The app doesn't just cram ads at you constantly - even though I PAID for the service - it's also chewing through my purchased data just to show me more ads? This makes zero sense. Never using this app again.

What really bothers me is how they manipulate you into giving permission to every corner of your device. You download just their wifi tool and suddenly their launcher gets automatically installed without asking. That's sketchy and messed up. Plus the nonstop ads are incredibly frustrating. Do yourself a favor and stay completely away from Instabridge and all of their apps. They're not worth the risk to your phone's safety.

The app claimed I was connected to a network but nothing actually worked when I disabled my mobile data. Removal turned into a hassle with blocking issues, though I managed to find a workaround. The app requires default browser and full permissions, and it's way too aggressive about accessing your system. Use caution before installing this one.

Grabbed the 20 GB global plan for a trip to Zimbabwe and everything ran smoothly. Even refreshed my eSIM after the first week without any problems. The support team was fantastic - they immediately issued a refund when I accidentally purchased twice. Download speeds were solid and the pricing seemed fair for what you get. Really impressed overall. Definitely planning to use this service in other countries down the road.

The free data actually delivers on its promise, though there are some trade-offs worth knowing about. You'll need to sit through ads to unlock each 100MB chunk of global data, and honestly, the mobile app interface needs serious work. This app tries really hard to push every single tool they make - launcher, VPN, Wi-Fi tools, mobile data - when all I really wanted was the data access. The data works great once you learn to tune out their aggressive marketing. I spent around 3-5 minutes watching ads and got 1GB of free global data. Each 100MB pack lasts a week, and I kept getting more offers as I was finishing this. Bottom line: it does what it says it will, just understand you're dealing with an app that won't stop trying to sell you on everything they offer.

Initially seemed like an incredible solution for the world trying to bounce back, but turned into something genuinely disturbing. The pitch started innocent - free data for a couple ads - then it demanded access to everything on my phone. Next thing I knew, it wanted total control whenever I tried doing anything else. I got suspicious and uninstalled, restarted the phone, but NOTHING changed. It still had complete control over everything like I'd done nothing at all. That freaked me out, so I did a full factory reset to wipe any potential virus. When the phone rebooted, I discovered my Android had been knocked back from version 13 to version 10 - basically outdated now. Three entire software versions disappeared from my device. I've tried every method to get it back with no luck. That data is just gone. Now I'm going to try contacting them, though I'm not optimistic.

I purchased service but then couldn't activate the eSIM because I'd tested the app on my other phone. Customer support just gave me automated responses and refused to actually help with anything.
