It's incredible they're still in business honestly. Getting an email response about a product inquiry takes forever. When I visited the physical location on the famous London street, the staff seemed checked out and uninterested. I mentioned I wear a 34 inch waist and they had the audacity to suggest I just try on a 32 from what was already on the floor instead of grabbing my actual size from the back. The actual items I've received have been fine, and I'm oddly glad they're still around.
