Getting follow up help feels like they actively try to discourage you from asking for it. I placed an order and waited twenty days before hearing anything about when it would show up. When I finally got someone to help, they said they'd told me three times it was on backorder. I guess I somehow missed those three messages. When I tried to leave feedback on the chat session, the option wasn't there. Apparently once they close the chat, you can't rate it anymore. My internet is working fine, so that's not the issue. Bottom line: skip Sanity. I wouldn't recommend it. The email receipt they sent me doesn't even mention backorder status. The order date was November 27th. There's no actual phone support line even though a number is listed. You can only use the chat or talk to a bot, and that's only during business hours. Real customer service doesn't exist, so I'd say don't bother ordering from them.
Made a pre-order for a limited vinyl release back in August that was supposed to arrive in December. Had to reach out myself in December to find out when it would actually ship, and they said January instead. Over the next few months, the same backorder notification kept getting sent to me three separate times. I contacted them again in June and got the identical backorder message once more. By November, nearly a year after the original expected delivery date, I finally asked about it again and they just gave me a refund. What's the point of pre-ordering if it doesn't actually mean anything? And honestly, what would've happened if I hadn't kept bothering them about it? Would they have just sat on my money forever? I'm never ordering from them again and I won't be shocked if the only way they're staying in business is by holding onto people's cash for unfulfilled orders.

Ordered one CD as a gift and the website said it would ship in 10 business days. Heard nothing with zero updates, so I used their chat to check in and they said it was still on the way. She got defensive and told me to search for them myself. I explained that clearly they were listed as in stock when I bought them, but now they're not. She basically said that's how it works. This company clearly has no idea how to keep their inventory system updated.

Tried calling multiple times and couldn't reach anyone. When I finally got through, the woman sounded annoyed and irritated. Out of nowhere she just cancelled my order without even asking if that's what I wanted. I'd rather spend more money somewhere else that actually treats customers with respect and delivers reliable service instead of making you feel like you're bothering them.
Something's not right with this website. When I put in my email to track my shipment, the system said the address doesn't exist in their system, even though I got a confirmation email right after I ordered. Tried emailing their customer service and the message bounced back undeliverable. It's been twenty days and my book never showed up.
