My payment shows as pending because the site won't confirm the order. They told me to wait a day or two, which I did, and still no luck.
I bought a Tory Burch watch over three years ago and it barely gets worn, but a part inside the face has come loose and is now rattling around inside. This is clearly a defect from manufacturing, not from how I've been using it. But Tory Burch won't take responsibility for it. They just send you to their partner company for watches and tell you to deal with them instead. You have to mail it back at your own cost with insurance before you even know what the repair will run. Every response from Tory Burch is polite but basically unhelpful. They've completely washed their hands of supporting their own product after purchase. If I wanted a watch from that partner company, I would have bought one. I picked Tory Burch because of the name and the design and the promise of quality. But my experience with them after something went wrong has been really disappointing. I can't recommend buying their watches. If something breaks, you're on your own to fix it.
