Found a sale on their website so I decided to try ordering directly. They sent me sunscreen that was basically at its expiration date. When I complained they tried to tell me the expiration date doesn't matter. I managed to get a replacement batch with products that have a solid six month shelf life left. I've never had these issues ordering through Sephora. Direct purchases from their site are off the table for me going forward.

The whole experience was really enjoyable from start to finish.

Bought the Mineral Unseen Sunscreen and it caused a terrible red itchy rash all over my face. When I reached out to customer service to sort it out, they made me fill out a product survey before discussing a refund. After that they completely stopped responding to me.

I used Supergoop for quite some time and even had their subscription going. The Matte Screen worked great as both a primer and sunscreen. It blended into my skin smoothly, though it could ball up if you apply too much. That's when I decided to cancel because the tube packaging is really problematic. It looks simple enough, but air pockets form inside and when you squeeze it, expensive product shoots everywhere. Tapping the tube doesn't help either. I've wasted so much product across multiple bottles that I finally gave up. The Resetting Powder is decent but the amount you get for the price is disappointing and barely lasts. Plus it doesn't dispense well from the container so you're constantly tapping it to get enough product out, which gets frustrating fast. That said, I do enjoy their body sunscreen line and the Glow Oil is pretty solid.

First time trying this sunscreen and I'm definitely going back for more. Most sunscreens either leave my skin feeling slick or tight, but this one doesn't. The price point is really solid too. The formula feels incredibly smooth and silky against my skin with a nice texture. Beyond the feel though, it actually delivers on protection.

I apply Supergoop every single day. The Unseen Sunscreen is literally the only one I'll use now. I honestly didn't expect to love sunscreen this much but here we are. Supergoop has earned my loyalty for good.

My top picks are the GlowScreen and the GlowStick. GlowScreen gives my complexion a beautiful soft SPF shimmer, while GlowStick is the easiest way to ensure I'm applying sunscreen to my face and hands every day without fail. It glides on smooth, doesn't feel sticky, and has no weird smell. I'm genuinely impressed with how solid this company's products are. I'm definitely planning to work through their whole line eventually because I'm totally convinced they're the real deal.

I've been using Supergoop Matt Screen for years and I genuinely can't say enough positive things about it. The finish is soft and silky with natural looking coverage. I often skip makeup entirely because this sunscreen alone looks so good. For someone with fair skin like me, it offers solid sun protection that lets me tan safely without the worry of burning.

My order never arrived. I placed it mid-December as gifts for the holidays. By Christmas Eve it still hadn't shown up so I contacted support. They sent back an automatic reply saying they were closed until the new year. The order was still missing on January 3rd so I asked for my money back. They processed the refund quickly enough, but never reached out with any explanation or apology. I liked what I ordered but I can't support a company that handles customer service this poorly. Not coming back.
