Feels like I'm shopping in the 90s. Placed an order two weeks back and still waiting for it to ship. Can't even cancel since it's locked in as confirmed. Only option they're giving me is to wait forever for delivery, then drive half an hour to return it in person. Would skip this place unless you've got unlimited time to kill waiting for them to actually process orders.
Really disappointed with my first and only purchase from this company. Spent over $300 on new bedding and after washing it once with the exact care instructions, the quilt and pillowcases were destroyed. Colors faded in patches like bleach was poured on them, and I hadn't even slept on them yet. Customer service immediately shut me down claiming it was from outside contact like benzoyl peroxide, which is completely wrong. I don't use fabric softener or bleach, and the stuff was brand new. Instead of standing behind their products or helping me out, they blamed me. I've been shopping elsewhere for years and never had this happen. The quality is poor and their customer support is worse. Not coming back and I'd warn others to look somewhere else.
