I reached out the same day asking about a return, and it took more than a week just to get a response. They wanted photos and proof of purchase, so I sent everything back immediately. A week and a half later, still nothing. They never gave me a return address or any way to send the item back. Do yourself a favor and order elsewhere.
Don't waste your money with this company. They're selling cheap knockoffs that feel flimsy and poorly made. Shipping took three weeks and they never kept me updated. The tracking information was basically worthless. This outfit sources from overseas and just repackages imitations.
Their return policy is super sketchy and confusing. The website claims you get 14 days from the fulfillment date, but it turns out fulfillment means when they email you that your package shipped. The timer starts before your item even arrives. They don't use fast shipping either, so by the time my order showed up eight days later, I basically had just six days (really four business days) left. I thought I had 14 days from getting the package, so I requested my return on day ten. That's when they told me I was out of luck. Won't refund my $250 plus jeans because I missed their sneaky deadline.
Bought these clogs because the reviews made them sound super comfy. Total disappointment. Can barely walk in them without my feet hurting in like 5 different places. Ordered a size up thinking it would help, but they still squeeze tight across the top and hurt my arch. Walking in these feels like being barefoot on concrete while getting your feet squeezed. The shoes themselves look nice and seem well-made, so I figured I'd give them a shot around the house. Nope, ten steps and I'm in pain. Tried to return them and found out final sale means you're stuck with them. Paid $255 for shoes I literally cannot wear. They won't take them back and that's just wild to me. Lesson learned the hard way. Not shopping there again.
Poor Quality & Terrible Customer Service. I splurged on RE/DONE jeans thinking the high price meant high quality. I was dead wrong. They ripped after barely wearing them a handful of times. Contacted customer service and they basically said I'd have to pay to ship them back to the US for repairs myself. I'm up north in Canada so that would cost more than fixing them locally. They stopped responding to my messages after that, and clearly I'm not the only one dealing with this based on other complaints. Hands down the worst brand and customer service I've dealt with. Steer clear.
I'm obsessed with their physical stores, honestly my go-to place. Unfortunately their online operation doesn't come close to matching that. Grabbed a matching top to go with a cardigan I bought in store, and the site promised delivery in three to four days. Still no shipping confirmation and I can't figure out how to contact anyone because there's no email support and their chat takes forever to respond. Seems like they just process orders whenever they feel like it.
The t-shirt I got was low quality and looked nothing like the pictures online. I immediately asked for a refund but their support team gave me the runaround and I finally threw in the towel.
