I bought two tennis sweaters from them recently and they were pricey. I washed them on the gentle cycle in a mesh bag designed for delicate items and both just fell apart with huge holes that can't be fixed. These sweaters are just too fragile for their price tag. They're clearly not made to actually wear and wash. I won't be buying from them again.

I picked up a pair of their studded clogs from a department store. I wore them for less than five hours and the stitching started coming apart while the piping separated from the shoe. I tried to reach out to Veronica Beard for help and got nothing. Zero customer support. That's over four hundred dollars just lost. This is my first and last time buying from them.

Spent three hundred dollars on a pair of their sneakers and the material started falling apart. The leather coating is basically peeling off like white paint. We're only a few months in and they're refusing to accept a return. This is totally unacceptable for the price point. Customer service has been awful about the whole situation.

Don't order from them. I got a delivery notice around the holidays for a package I never received and can't find anywhere. Their customer service is some of the worst I've ever experienced. I mean genuinely terrible in every way.

They charge a fifteen dollar restocking fee on returns, which basically nobody else does. Look, the designer's family is super wealthy with connections to major food and wine companies, so it's not like she needs the money. Their prices are already sky high for what you're getting. I'm not comfortable buying from their website knowing this, and I'm honestly reconsidering whether I want to support the brand at all going forward. It feels pretty greedy.

I've spent thousands with this brand over the years and own way too many jackets. But I just had the most disappointing customer service experience. I ordered a jacket and dress as a matching set, and instead they sent me two identical dresses. When I called about it, they told me the jacket wasn't available anymore. So now I'm stuck with a dress I didn't want and got hit with a restocking fee when I returned the extra one. It was their mistake, not mine. Apparently being a loyal customer for years means absolutely nothing to them.

My order sat for over a week with zero updates or shipping information. I wish I'd looked at reviews first because it seems like this is something that happens all the time. When I contacted customer service, they just sent me some generic text about their stock policy. Nobody warned me about delays at checkout, and the item is still showing as in stock on their site right now.

If you're thinking about ordering Veronica Beard online, be careful. I ordered six tee shirts for over nine hundred dollars and returned just one. I called twice at different times and both times got a recording saying representatives were busy and to leave a message. Not sure they actually return calls. The boxes everything shipped in were cheap and couldn't be reused, so I had to buy new boxes to send my return back. I like the actual clothes, but their customer service is disappointing. Next time I'm buying from a department store instead where they actually treat customers well.

Don't order from their website unless you want to get scammed on returns. They promise refunds but won't give them. There's basically no customer service to speak of. I've been calling and emailing constantly and nothing happens. One rep told me she had to check with the warehouse about whether they even received it, even though it had been sitting there for almost two weeks. She said she'd credit my account if they had it. Still nothing. No response, no money back. Stay away from these people.
