Sorted by: Most recentSave yourself the trouble and skip booking through their website. It's basically a switcheroo situation. Any vehicle that goes to your destination supposedly isn't in stock. But you only find this out after you've filled out all your info and the site gives an error. Call them up and suddenly they've got rides available, except they cost hundreds more than what was advertised. Really let down by this experience.
AVOID THIS PLACE!!! We booked a ride from Newark Airport on July 15th for four passengers and eight bags. The driver showed up but in a BMW sedan! Only two people could fit, so the other two had to get an Uber. Our reservation clearly stated we needed a big vehicle but they just sent whatever they had sitting around. Our return fare was $183 and the Uber ended up being $95. When we asked for a refund they only gave us $50 plus a $70 credit toward future service, basically sticking us with the loss. Don't use them.
FYI: We provided them with a last-minute pickup when they were in a bind and needed our help. Four months later and we're still waiting for payment. They keep giving us different explanations each week and pushing the date back. This is not how professional companies operate. I'd recommend finding a more dependable business partner.
We booked them for our wedding and honestly it was perfect from start to finish. Their whole team stayed professional and answered every question we had, plus they kept track of all the little details. The driver showed up early, looked sharp, and treated us really well with a genuine warm personality.
BE CAREFUL. Two days before my event I adjusted the pickup spot by a couple blocks and this company immediately cancelled the whole ride while trying to hold onto my payment. I've been trying to reach them through calls and emails but they won't respond to any of it. Nearly ruined my niece's wedding day.

These people straight up stole my money. When they couldn't arrange my livery service they refused to give it back. I lost $431.99 after spending days trying to get driver confirmation for a medical trip to Boston. Several days went by with no confirmation and when I finally called asking for my refund they wouldn't do it. I needed confirmation that someone would pick me up on the date I specified but they couldn't guarantee it. I gave them until end of business to confirm the ride or I'd find alternate transport. I waited for their call and got nothing until I reached out requesting my refund. They couldn't confirm a driver, only a vehicle. Am I supposed to drive myself? They took my cash and ran. The woman on the phone just kept saying I should've bought their trip insurance. Why would I do that for a necessary medical procedure I can't cancel? They had no way to guarantee a driver would be there so I had to book elsewhere. It's unacceptable.
DO NOT BOOK WITH THEM. Attempted to reserve through their platform and they charged me right away but as the date got closer they never actually reserved a specific driver or vehicle. I reached out asking about my booking and got barely any response, if any at all. They wouldn't even confirm that they had something lined up. I had to cancel and book elsewhere since I couldn't get confirmation. Then weeks later, totally out of the blue, they sent me a confirmation for a ride I'd already cancelled. Had to follow up repeatedly to remind them I'd cancelled. They still refused to refund and offered only a credit instead. Then bizarrely they emailed saying the car I'd selected wasn't available so they'd book a different one. This was after we'd talked about the cancellation several times. They kept insisting no refund, just credit for future use. I'm not confident they'd even be able to fulfill that. I wish I'd found the reviews before trying to use them.
