The carrier (Daylight) just dumped the boxes in my driveway and refused to bring them any closer to the house, even though the receipt clearly stated inside delivery. Won't be ordering from this company again. Very frustrating experience overall.

Ordered a hammock chair back in early April and the site mentioned delays due to my color selection. When the promised date came around, nothing showed up and nobody reached out. I contacted their support and got no apology, just a note that my color was out of stock. After I pointed out the delivery date had already passed, they said a few more weeks. Still nothing. Weeks go by with no updates from them. Eventually I'm told there were material sourcing issues causing more delays. The next promised delivery date comes and goes with zero communication. When I reach out again, there's another delay. Then I'm offered a solution: switch colors and they'll ship it out right away, supposedly by end of week. I change the color that same day and ask them to confirm I'll have it by then. Radio silence and no hammock arrives. Over the next week I send three separate emails. Finally on the third one I get a response saying they're sorry it's a busy time and I should get tracking within a day or two. That was several days ago and still no tracking information. Sent another email since then with no reply.
I was thrilled to order this hammock since I'd seen one on a cruise ship and loved it. Finally saved up enough and placed my order in early June. The tracking from DHL never budged. Had to email their concierge twice before getting a response, and when I did, I got conflicting information. One person said there was an international shipping problem, another blamed an issue with the weaving team. They told me to wait and email back if I didn't hear anything, which I did. Since then I've emailed twice more with no response. Email to their concierge is literally the only way to contact them. At this point I'm not even sure if my hammock will ever arrive or if my money is just gone.
