Ordered jeans during a sale and they didn't fit, so I wanted to return them. Turns out you can't send back or exchange anything that was on sale. This place is basically a scam, and the shipping cost is absolutely ridiculous too. Total waste of money and time.

First time buying from them. I looked at their sizing information and ordered a sale item. When I asked if I could exchange it for the next size up, they flat out refused. I understand not getting refunds on sale stuff, but why won't they let you swap for a different size of the same item? That makes no sense. I won't be coming back to shop with them.

Absolutely terrible customer service combined with sizing that's way off. Their policies seem designed to cheat customers. No returns, no refunds, and no exchanges allowed. I'm done with this company and won't be ordering again. Be careful before you buy from them.

I completely agree with everyone who's complained about their customer service. I ordered jeans based on their size guide, even using a pair I already owned as a reference. Got the wrong size and contacted their support about exchanging for the right one. They illegally told me I couldn't get a refund. I've had to take official action to get this resolved. Do yourself a favor and stay away from this brand entirely.

Had a really bad experience with this brand. Their customer service is useless, they're disorganized, and their size guide is totally unreliable. Getting items back is basically impossible, and there's absolutely no help available. It's all marketing hype with zero accountability. I purchased jeans relying on their official size chart and what showed up was completely wrong. The actual measurements don't match what's listed on their website, making them impossible to wear. Since I'm based overseas and can't try things on before buying, accurate sizing information is critical. They totally dropped the ball on that front. To make matters worse, I got surprise customs charges at my door that weren't mentioned during checkout. That's unprofessional and feels intentionally misleading. When I called customer service, I got no real help and now I'm stuck with an expensive item that doesn't fit and money out of pocket for fees I never signed up for. This company is being dishonest about what they're selling, giving wrong sizing info, and hiding charges. Completely unacceptable. I'm never buying from them again and I'd strongly suggest others do the same.

When I reached out asking about a price adjustment or store credit, the experience went downhill fast. At first, the customer service rep seemed open to helping and requested my order information. That gave me hope that the company cared about their customers. Then someone else took over the conversation and completely shut me down, saying the company doesn't do price adjustments. The way it was written felt cold and uncaring, like they were talking to a robot. There was zero empathy, no attempt to work something out, and definitely no interest in keeping my business. I felt dismissed and disrespected, especially after the initial rep showed willingness to actually assist. This whole situation left me really upset and has definitely soured me on this brand.

Ordered from their site for the first time and I'm super happy with what I got. The sizing chart was spot on and my jeans fit perfectly, even better than expected. These might actually be the best jeans I've ever owned. Definitely ordering from them again.

I have the same complaint as lots of other customers here. They make their returns policy hard to find and they won't take anything back or refund you. This goes against fair customer treatment regulations. I'm looking into legal options and would be happy to connect with other shoppers who've had the same problem.

Seriously, do not shop here. This company is a total scam. The size chart they provide is completely inaccurate. I ordered based on their guidance and the jeans were still way too large. On top of that, they won't let you swap for a different size. The jeans look completely different when you get them compared to what's shown online. This is a serious rip-off and you can't even get your money back or any kind of credit. Totally not worth it. Save your money and shop elsewhere.
