Don't purchase from this site. They're selling vintage items on their platform that are directly copied from my personal inventory, including the exact photos and text descriptions. These are unique one-of-a-kind pieces that already sold on my own site, so I have no idea how they're offering them for sale.

I waited longer than a month for my refund. When I emailed about it, their response was that they're swamped with work. I ended up filing a dispute with my card issuer. I will never order from them again. Interestingly, once the credit card company approved the refund, I suddenly got an email from Belstaff saying they'd process it.

I've had good experiences at their physical locations, but ordering sneakers online was a different story. They were too small so I sent them back five weeks ago. My tracking shows Belstaff got them, yet no refund has appeared. Like everyone else says, there's no phone line, emails go unanswered, and I'm stuck out the money with no hope of getting it back. This seems illegal to me.

What a rip-off. I'm down five hundred twenty-nine dollars because of these operators at Belstaff. Either refund my money to my card right now or I'm getting my lawyer involved. I'm filing a complaint with trading standards about this mess. To anyone considering shopping here: stay far away. This company is a complete disaster. There's literally no way to contact them. They make promises about fixing your complaint after you leave a negative review, but months later your money still isn't back and they keep saying they're working on it. Customer service at their organization is basically non-existent. Not only am I missing my money, but it's costing me interest every day sitting on my credit card. This company doesn't deserve even one star, honestly they deserve zero.

You pay luxury prices but get bargain bin service. I was really disappointed with my experience. I bought a coat that arrived in about a week, but when I opened it, the coat had zero protection in the box and the sleeves were rolled up, which suggested someone had already tried it on and removed the packaging. I went through their returns process on the eighth of January, and while they've received it, I haven't gotten my refund, no confirmation they got it, or any status update. It's concerning seeing so many other customers with the exact same complaint. This is my first and last order from Belstaff. I have no idea how to get my refund since nothing works: no live chat, no email replies, no phone line. When you're spending six hundred dollars on a jacket, you'd expect way better service.

The customer support here is the worst I've ever experienced. I reached out multiple times about my refund via email with no results. I definitely would have shopped elsewhere if I'd looked at reviews first.

Awful experience and they don't have a customer service phone line, just an irritating automated system. No refund and my returned items were sent fourteen days ago. I will not be shopping directly from their main website again.

Total waste of time. It took more than two weeks just to get a response to my question. Just go straight to your credit card company and claim the money back instead of fighting with them. I purchased a leather jacket with an original retail price of eighteen seventy, which is supposedly a luxury premium product. It showed up damaged. I asked them to arrange a pickup and send me a replacement, which should be straightforward given the damage was on their end and delivery was included in what I paid. They refused. They expected me to work unpaid labor by getting a box, going to the post office, and shipping it to them myself. This goes against consumer protection laws. They argued their interpretation of the regulations didn't require them to handle collection without creating problems and costs for the customer, and that they do this to everyone so it's just their policy. I had my bank file a chargeback using mastercard guidelines, which state the company must collect faulty items. Belstaff still refused to pick it up, so my claim went through for a full refund. They kept contesting and misinterpreting the applicable rules.
