What Shoppers Say About PAIGE
PAIGE is rated 1.6 out of 5 by 24 shoppers, with a highly polarized experience divided between loyal customers and significantly dissatisfied buyers. The main complaints center on serious fulfillment and customer service issues: multiple unexplained order cancellations, unresponsive support that leaves customers waiting weeks without resolution, and shipping delays far exceeding promised timeframes. Additionally, several shoppers report quality concerns including horizontal wave marks appearing on jeans after washing and fabric that feels cheap or becomes wrinkled quickly after the first wash.
On the positive side, a small group of repeat customers report that PAIGE jeans offer excellent fit and longevity, with some pairs lasting years and receiving compliments regularly. These satisfied shoppers value the quality of the materials and construction. However, the overwhelming volume of complaints about order management, communication, and product defects suggests systemic problems that outweigh the praise from long-term customers who have had better experiences.

Sorted by: Most recentStay away from this brand. I ordered new jeans that supposedly would ship in one to three business days. Then I got an email saying the warehouse was closed and I'd have to wait two more weeks. That's not acceptable and they won't even let me cancel the order.
My orders got cancelled twice in a row without any explanation - once on December 8th and again on December 12th. I didn't even know until I saw the refund hit my account, and by then I'd been waiting weeks for the items to arrive. Their inventory management seems completely broken and their customer service is nonexistent. Honestly one of the worst shopping experiences I've ever had.
Four out of five pairs of my Paige jeans have gotten these awful horizontal wave marks on them. One pair started showing them right after the first wash. It looks like lots of customers are dealing with this same problem, but the company doesn't seem to care or give any guidance on how to prevent it. I guess people keep buying them because they're comfortable to wear, but honestly the quality is just not there.
I ordered the Stella Jeans in a size 32 and the whole experience was rough. Shipping was terrible and when they finally arrived I was super let down. The fabric feels like cheap construction site jeans. After one wash they got super wrinkly and weren't soft at all. The cut wasn't great either. Unfortunately I couldn't return them since they were marked final sale.
This has been the worst customer experience I've had in years. I've been loyal to this brand for a long time but after what just happened I won't recommend them to anyone. I never got my package and when I reached out to them they basically ignored me for over a month. Then I got bounced back and forth between their team and the shipping company and never got a real solution. They still made me pay over a thousand dollars Canadian for jeans that never showed up. What's crazy is the signature they claim is on file isn't mine or anyone at my house and my doorbell camera shows nothing was delivered. I'm a regular customer and this treatment has genuinely stressed me out and affected my mood in ways that doesn't usually happen to me. I'm heartbroken that a company I trusted treated me this way. I waited two months just to be told too bad basically. I bought the jeans but that doesn't mean I should be charged for something I never received especially with everything going on financially right now.
The jeans from this brand are absolutely fantastic and fit better than anything else I've tried. I have one pair that's been going strong for seven years and people compliment them every time I wear them. I recently got a pair of their green jeans and the material has a really cool feel to it. I've bought lots of stuff from them over the years mostly online and except for one top everything has been excellent.
Really let down by PAIGE overall. I've been a regular customer who always orders the same size but this recent purchase was totally disappointing. Despite ordering what's normally my size the item didn't fit at all. On top of that I already paid eight pounds for shipping and then got charged another twenty-eight pounds just to send it back. That's thirty-six pounds wasted. When I complained to their customer service I got nothing but generic copy-paste responses with zero actual help. It feels like they penalize customers for their bad sizing and I walked away feeling cheated. I won't be ordering from them again and I'd tell others to look elsewhere too.
I used to love how these jeans fit but now I've got five pairs that have all developed these gross horizontal wave patterns, even though I've been washing and drying them exactly how they say to. The fabric seems to have lost all its stretch. A few months ago I bought several pairs at once thinking it was just bad luck with one, but they've all ended up the same way. I'm not paying this much money for jeans that fall apart like this anymore.
I bought a pair of white jeans and after a couple washes they got these horizontal puckers all through the fabric. These are overpriced garbage. Save your money and don't bother with them.
These jeans look beautiful and feel really comfortable when you're wearing them, but they just don't hold up. After a couple months of normal use they start looking worn out in a bad way. A cheap pair from Primark would last way longer. For what they charge I'd expect much better quality and durability. Paige jeans are basically just pricey fast fashion and I can't really recommend them.
