One star because of their bogus final sale policy. I ordered my regular size but it just didn't fit. I reached out to customer service right away wanting to swap it for another size or send it back, only to hear it was marked final sale. The thing is brand new with tags still attached and I've never worn it. This final sale rule is ridiculous for clothes when you can't know if something fits until you try it. Really let down by their service and unwillingness to help. Won't be ordering from them anymore.

I'm leaving this review because my experience with Bebe ranks among the absolute worst customer service disasters I've ever been through. I requested a refund on an order, but instead of putting the money back to my original payment method, they issued a gift card I never asked for and never approved. When I complained, they said it couldn't be undone because the card was already created. That's unacceptable, especially when it's their mistake. Making it worse, the gift card amount doesn't even match what I originally paid. Now I'm stuck making payments on stuff I sent back while Bebe pockets the difference. I didn't want store credit, I don't shop there anymore, and I'm out money because they won't fix their own mess. Nobody should be in this position where a company gives you the wrong refund method and then refuses to correct it. I'm warning everyone to be very careful with Bebe. If something goes wrong with your order, you could end up paying for items you don't even have.
Grabbed a few Bebe Logo tops with diamonds and the quality has really gone downhill. After wearing them just a couple times, the rhinestones started falling off. I'm super careful with my laundry too - cold water, gentle cycle, air dry. For fifty bucks per shirt, these should not be shedding stones like that. The brand used to be so much better.

Good things: items match the pictures in terms of color, size and everything else. When they run sales or final sale events, you get solid deals. The colors are vibrant and stay that way through lots of washing. Ordering online is straightforward and delivery times are reasonable. I had a tracking question once and got a genuine personal response in just a few hours, not some generic copy paste thing. The item showed up that same day even though tracking wasn't accurate. The downsides: pricing is higher than what I'd prefer. I mostly buy their tops and only order when there's a sale happening. Free shipping needs a hundred fifty dollar minimum which is steep. I get XL since it's the biggest size available and it fits okay, but XXL would be nice. I never put anything in the dryer. All in all my online shopping experience has been solid and I'd buy from them again.

Bebe clothes are decent quality but their customer service is absolutely terrible. When they mess up, they won't budge on anything or try to help you out, even halfway. I've ordered from them plenty of times without issues until one mistake happened and they completely abandoned me. They sent me the wrong size dress and basically told me tough luck. Zero help, zero customer service to speak of. You're honestly better off buying from Amazon, Macy's, or anywhere else. Don't order straight from Bebe.com because you'll feel scammed by their fake return policy. Try Venus or other retailers instead. The way they treat customers is so bad you won't even want to place another order. Their return policy is ridiculous and all the reviews about their customer service show how poorly they actually treat people.
Even one star is generous. I spent about ninety dollars and after months of being ghosted by support, I still don't have what I ordered. Can't recommend them. Taking legal action.
Shipping was really quick to my country and the quality of the clothing is fantastic with great sexy designs. The prices are fair for the level of quality you're getting - I'd say it's comparable to Guess. I haven't tried returning anything since shipping back would be more expensive than the item itself. My only complaint is that DHL is the only shipping option and they always add extra fees and taxes compared to regular mail service. It'd be nice if they offered other shipping choices.
