These Muck boots are fantastic for getting work done outside. They fit like a dream and my feet felt totally fine after wearing them for 8 hours straight on day one. They slip on and off super easy, keep your feet dry, and honestly look pretty good too. Plus, the box they came in is surprisingly perfect sized for my cat to nap in!

I ordered Muck Boots from Amazon over a month ago and still haven't gotten them. Now I'm getting messages saying they'll email me sometime with a delivery date. How does a business operate like this, especially during winter when people actually need boots? I don't recommend ordering online, but I only did it because when I had a problem with my last pair, Muck told me that ordering online would make warranty claims easier. That turned out not to be true at all. Getting the warranty honored after the neoprene and rubber started separating was a total pain. Right now I'm strongly telling people not to buy from them.

These boots aren't worth the high price tag when you consider how poorly they're made. The packaging showed damage when it arrived because of how they wrapped it. Their returns policy is problematic and on top of that they charge you for returns. This is a company and product you should probably avoid.

I got the pink camo winter rain boot to wear through the cold months in Ontario for my daily horse care routine. They're a gorgeous boot. The company advertised them as having non-slip soles for ice and snow, but that's total garbage because I almost cracked my skull. They said they were waterproof but my feet still got wet. After just one year they were ripping on the sides. I'm not the type to baby my things or keep them in a display case. I wear them like a regular working person would. I only have 2 small horses, so it's not like I'm running a massive operation. The quality is really disappointing and I will never buy from this company again. I actually did read reviews before purchasing and they had great ratings, so I'm wondering if I just got an unlucky defective pair. I tried getting help from their customer service but they weren't willing to help, so I didn't push the issue further. I figured I was dumb for falling for the hype. Now I stick with Baffin and Sorel brands instead.

I ordered boots from their Canada site and when they arrived, they had a defect. Getting my refund took over 2 months and they didn't seem to prioritize fixing the problem or getting it back to me quickly.

For the price they're charging, the quality is really poor. This was a complete waste of 135 dollars. The boots didn't even make it 9 months with light wear before the heel started breaking down on the inside and actually rubbed the skin raw on my wife's heels. I've never spent this much money on boots that performed this badly. My old Dunlop garden wellies are way better. I should have read the reviews first. When I contacted them about it, they called it fair wear and tear, which is nonsense. My Merrell hiking boots lasted 10 years with heavy use and never caused a blister. This company should face legal action for selling something that doesn't meet basic standards. I'm filing a complaint with the consumer protection agency.

They only respond to messages once a week. They sent me the wrong size and didn't even apologize. It took 3 weeks to get my money back after I told them I was filing a complaint with consumer affairs. Your staff needs proper training. You're basically stealing people's money and wasting their time.

I went through 3 pairs in less than 2 years and every single pair split in the exact same spot right above the big toe. The soles held up fine and the rest of the boot was still in decent shape. They're comfy to wear but it's ridiculous that they keep failing in the same place every time.

The design is really flawed. I bought a slip-on style shoe because I liked the neoprene edge, but then they added a pull strap right over top of it. Thirty minutes into wearing them and I had scraped all the skin off the back of my feet. I couldn't believe how badly they designed this. The strap wasn't even soft material, it was more like something you'd strap down cargo with on a truck. Finding customer service was nearly impossible and their website won't let you post reviews, which makes me wonder if they just hide the bad ones. I eventually found them on Facebook and it took over a week just to get a response asking what country I'm in, then they sent me an email address. I wish I could share photos of the damage to my feet because it's pretty bad. Please be careful with this brand.
