Skip shopping here. Customer service is terrible. I bought something December 2nd and waited three weeks for an email saying the item was actually out of stock - they only told me after I asked about it. This was supposed to be a Christmas gift and I found out just five days before the holiday. I sent them a message saying how disappointed I was but I'm not counting on getting a response. Wish I'd read the negative feedback before placing my order. First time buying from them and definitely the last.
Honestly I was pretty stressed buying jeans without trying them on, and then I looked at some of the reviews online which made me think my order might disappear forever. But surprise, surprise - about 10 days later it showed up and the jeans are fantastic! Really happy with the purchase and confused why there's so much negativity out there about this place.

I did that, but now they're fighting the dispute with my card company even though they're the ones who told me to file it in the first place.
