I got my shoes but wasn't informed about shipping charges until after I paid. They slapped on a $15 non-refundable express shipping fee that was never mentioned before I approved payment. I'm returning them and won't shop there again. Plus returning costs me $27 on top of everything else.

Total scam. No order confirmation and you definitely won't get your money back if you purchase. They claim shipment takes 10-20 days but your items won't come. Pretty frustrating that there's no way to recover the cash.

I bought shoes from them and never got a response. Sent multiple emails and heard nothing back. They're scammers and I wouldn't recommend anyone purchase anything from this company.

This feels like an internet scam! They deserve way less than one star. They're some of the worst online scammers I've encountered. After waiting over two weeks, they shipped completely wrong shoes. Then they tried to charge me again for my original order, claiming a warehouse error and asking me to accept the wrong shoes as a gift. They offered a measly 5% discount instead. Losing money and telling everyone to stay away from this company!

They shipped shoes in the wrong size. When I ordered the correct size, I had to pay full price and they also charged a restocking fee. Won't be back, poor business practices!

Can't reach anyone! So disappointing! As a long-time customer I deserved at least a heads-up before they basically disappeared online. I used my credit card's purchase protection to try getting my money back. If I could have given zero stars I would. Learned my lesson here to always use payment protection options like credit card coverage!
