When you complain, they refuse to cover return shipping costs. Unless you're prepared to pay for shipping back yourself even when the item doesn't match the description, is damaged, or is low quality, avoid them entirely.

A replacement jar is basically the only option, which feels like a rip-off. I had a Ninja blender before switching to this and honestly it's still going strong. Plus Ninja is much more affordable.

Ordered 3 units and 6 containers for business use. Two of the blades stopped working right after the one year container warranty ended. I sent them back for repair, thinking the lifetime blade guarantee would cover it. They said the bearings were broken and that's not included, so I have to buy new containers. We hand wash everything and chop things finely before blending. These containers are poor quality. Their warranty claims are misleading. I'd skip this brand.

The metal connection piece where the container attaches to the motor is loose and not working right. When I turn it on, it's wobbly and makes a disturbing noise. Feels like a waste of my money.
