Do not buy from this company no matter how good the deal looks. They operate as a juicer retailer and will ship you something completely different from what's on their website. When you complain, they refuse to cover return shipping costs. Unless you're prepared to pay for shipping back yourself even when the item doesn't match the description, is damaged, or is low quality, avoid them entirely.

Really enjoyed how well this blended up my vegetables when I first got it, so I felt good about the investment. Then the glass container cracked at the base and I found out replacing it costs 139 dollars. That's frustrating when I already paid 550 for this thing back in 2015. A replacement jar is basically the only option, which feels like a rip-off. I had a Ninja blender before switching to this and honestly it's still going strong. Plus Ninja is much more affordable.

My container started acting up after seven years. Reached out to customer support and they replaced it at no cost since it was covered. The whole process took about two weeks and I was really pleased with how they handled it.

This thing didn't last long at all. The quality fell apart after just one year. When I tried to get help, there was basically no support available. Complete waste of money.

This is my second unit of this model and it just stopped working today. I run a small juice shop and these don't get heavy use, yet both have failed within two years. Appears designed to only last around two years, and then repair costs are astronomical. Would not recommend this brand. Not worth the premium price they charge.

Ordered 3 units and 6 containers for business use. Two of the blades stopped working right after the one year container warranty ended. I sent them back for repair, thinking the lifetime blade guarantee would cover it. They said the bearings were broken and that's not included, so I have to buy new containers. We hand wash everything and chop things finely before blending. These containers are poor quality. Their warranty claims are misleading. I'd skip this brand.

Got this as a Christmas gift a few years back and it was great initially. One morning while making a mango smoothie, I got a mouthful of what turned out to be broken bearing pieces mixed in. They replaced the container under warranty at that point. Now it's happened again and who knows what else we've been consuming from those bearings. This time they won't replace it and want me to buy a new one for 129 plus tax and import fees. Would definitely recommend getting a Ninja or Westinghouse instead. Much better quality and way less headache.

I invested quite a bit into a Blendtec because I expected it to work for at least ten years. Unfortunately it hasn't held up. The metal connection piece where the container attaches to the motor is loose and not working right. When I turn it on, it's wobbly and makes a disturbing noise. Feels like a waste of my money.

Had a terrible experience with the UK distributor here. Paid over 1,300 pounds for a blender that was supposed to arrive the next day. When it didn't show up, I called and kept getting different excuses. After waiting nearly three weeks with no product, they loaned me a cheaper model worth about 300 pounds while I waited. The staff was rude and unhelpful throughout the entire ordeal. When I finally asked to cancel after 20 days, they refused to give me my money back until I returned their loaner unit. I ended up ordering from a different UK seller, got the exact same blender delivered the very next day, and saved 100 pounds in the process. If you're in the UK, definitely shop elsewhere. I still haven't received my refund.

Really disappointed with how this arrived. The jar came in just one plastic bag without proper padding to protect something this expensive during shipping. The spatula had hair all over it and the lid was missing from the box. I messaged customer service and the staff member kept making weak excuses and ignored my voicemail. We went back and forth through messages all day. When he finally responded, his explanation was offensive and unprofessional. He blamed it on a new employee and mentioned their religious background and appearance, which has nothing to do with the packaging problem. I pointed out that employees should wear proper protective gear while packing items and that this kind of comment isn't acceptable or professional in a business setting. He agreed at first but then got defensive when I brought up how inappropriate it was to bring up someone's ethnicity.
