When you complain, they refuse to cover return shipping costs. Unless you're prepared to pay for shipping back yourself even when the item doesn't match the description, is damaged, or is low quality, avoid them entirely.
Really enjoyed how well this blended up my vegetables when I first got it, so I felt good about the investment. Then the glass container cracked at the base and I found out replacing it costs 139 dollars. That's frustrating when I already paid 550 for this thing back in 2015. A replacement jar is basically the only option, which feels like a rip-off. I had a Ninja blender before switching to this and honestly it's still going strong. Plus Ninja is much more affordable.

I sent them back for repair, thinking the lifetime blade guarantee would cover it. They said the bearings were broken and that's not included, so I have to buy new containers. We hand wash everything and chop things finely before blending. These containers are poor quality. Their warranty claims are misleading. I'd skip this brand.
