Instead of helping, they accused me of improperly accessing other family members' accounts and froze everything, wiping out roughly $59 in total card value. When we all requested a refund, they refused. Under California law, gift card funds belong to the cardholder, not the company, yet they took our money anyway. After weeks of back and forth, they'll only return it if we have the original receipts, which we don't since most cards were gifts. I'd strongly warn anyone away from this place, especially their gift cards. Think twice before giving them your money.

This is a scam and a fraud. I received a gift card for my birthday and couldn't use it online. Nobody picks up the phone, and support emails go unanswered. They've stolen money from me and the person who gave me the card. This company has all the red flags of a total scam. Avoid it completely.

This beats my experience at other coffee shops hands down. Would be perfect if they expanded their food menu with more pastries and snacks so you could grab a full bite. More locations would be amazing too. Overall really impressed, you're heading in the right direction!

Management allowed serious problems like people using restrooms inappropriately while doing nothing to protect actual customers.
