I had a nightmare with their customer service. On top of that, they violated Canadian consumer protection laws. I rented a vehicle from an off-airport location. When I went to pick it up, the rental company hit me with a 2500 USD deposit hold for collision insurance that was never mentioned anywhere on the site. When I called to complain, they said it's buried in the fine print. This is called hidden pricing and it's illegal under Canadian consumer protection rules. The customer service manager basically told me tough luck. Getting any kind of refund was impossible without jumping through endless hoops. I reported them to the Competition Bureau for their dishonest business practices. If you're thinking about renting a car through them, be really careful.

My advice is to book your flights somewhere else. I asked for a flight change more than two days before I was supposed to leave. They didn't offer me a different flight. Instead, they told me to cancel mine and promised they'd issue a refund credit. I went ahead and cancelled like they said, but that credit never showed up. Please don't use them for flight bookings.

This is my first and only time I'll work with them. I'm very frustrated with the booking mistakes they made. I'm still trying to get my money back for six flights even though my airline has confirmation that the bookings were terminated by them. Calling customer service gets you nowhere. They kept telling me to handle it with the airline directly since they're just a middleman. So when something goes wrong, you're basically stuck with no help.

Don't count on them to be fair with you. I booked a shuttle through them for my hotel, but it never arrived. We had two little kids and it was late at night, so I called a taxi to get us there, and it was expensive. I wanted them to cover the taxi cost since I'd already paid them and it was completely their fault that the shuttle didn't show up. They only wanted to pay part of it. That felt really unfair since I'd already paid them upfront and the whole situation was their error. Never again for me, and I'd tell anyone else the same thing!!

Don't trust them to treat you fairly. I reserved a hotel transfer through them but the ride never came. We had two small children with us at 11 at night, so I had to grab a taxi instead, which wasn't cheap. When I asked them to pay for the taxi since I'd already paid them and the failure was on their end, they said they'd only cover half. I thought that was outrageous given that I'd already given them money and the whole mess was their responsibility. I'll never use them again and you shouldn't either!!

Don't expect fair treatment from them. I booked a hotel shuttle service through them, but the ride never showed up. She booked it six months early, which turned out to be good timing. Once my wife showed me pictures of the place and how nice it looked, we contacted them to make sure we'd have the suite with our own bathroom and no shared amenities. It was a high-end place on an island in BC. To our shock, we found out we weren't booked there despite paying in full and they don't even work with that property. The location wasn't open on our dates and we certainly didn't make that booking. After lots of hassle, we got someone who admitted we weren't actually booked anywhere and we'd paid for nothing. Yet they still wouldn't give us back everything for a place that couldn't be reserved. We absolutely got ripped off and they're 100 percent to blame. If we hadn't verified ahead of time, we would have arrived in BC during peak summer thinking we had a spot and we wouldn't have. Finding anything in July last minute? Nearly impossible. The property wasn't open those dates and it definitely wasn't us who made the reservation. We eventually got ahold of someone who agreed the property wasn't booked and we'd paid for nothing, but they wouldn't return our full payment for the unbookable spot. We got totally taken advantage of and they're completely responsible. If we hadn't reached out to double check, we'd have driven to BC thinking we had a place waiting and we wouldn't have.
