Why let customers pick a delivery date if you're just going to send it whenever you want? I can't say anything about what's inside yet but I'll definitely review that separately.
Awful. Terrible. Completely inept. I ordered a get well basket that never showed up even though they claim it was delivered. I ordered a replacement which also never arrived. Customer service is basically non-existent. Still waiting on my refund and I'm not holding my breath.
This is a scam. They advertise same day or next day delivery but when I asked them to do it they said that wasn't possible.
Delivery was really unreliable. My order was supposed to arrive on December 12th but I got an email on December 21st saying it couldn't be delivered. When I called to cancel, they refused and asked for a different address instead. I provided my home address and they promised it would arrive that same day. It never showed up. After reading all the other complaints about similar issues, I decided to dispute the charge with my credit card company.
Got a gift basket with stale old products. Called to complain and the person said she'd send a replacement but their system wouldn't let her so she processed a refund to me instead. That makes zero sense. The buyer gets money back but the person who received the basket is out of luck. Lesson learned don't use this company for gifts.
The gift came in two separate boxes and looked nothing like the picture. That's my bad for not reading reviews first before spending the money.
Terrible, terrible company. I called to place an order at 4:30pm on Wednesday the 2nd and never got an email confirmation. I called back and they said they'd send it but nothing came. The next morning I tried their chat and was told to call billing between 7am-10am EST. Called twice and the line just dropped both times. I tried the main line next which says it's open at 9am EST but someone answered when I called at 8:10am so that didn't add up. These people are shady. I asked for a refund and was told they couldn't cancel because of the delivery date on the 4th. They also wouldn't explain the double charge on my account and said it would just fall off in 3-5 business days. Why are they charging people twice? Super shady. Don't use this place. I asked to speak with a manager on the phone but they never picked up.
I'm furious. My friend group bought a sympathy basket for another friend whose parent passed away. I specified an exact delivery date that never got communicated to the shipping company. I've called customer service over and over and the reps either can't understand what I'm saying or are laughing at me. When I ask for a supervisor they say none are available. Then they claim they got through to the shipper in five minutes while I've been stuck on hold. They tell me the basket will sit on a truck for three days without being delivered. Are you kidding me? There's food in that basket. I'd give this company zero stars if I could.
They clearly don't value their customers. With all the one star reviews they get you'd think they'd actually improve something about their products or business practices but they haven't. It's crazy they're still in business. Just avoid them.
Worst customer service ever. I called to rush an order and was told my original order got cancelled and replaced with a new overnight order at no extra charge. Instead they shipped both orders and charged me for both. So I ended up sending two sympathy baskets to someone whose family member died, which was mortifying. I had to reverse the charge and it turned into a nightmare. They're outsourced and impossible to work with. They wouldn't reroute the first order they said was already cancelled. I'm never using them again.
