Sorted by: Most recentSent the wrong basket with wrong items and a wrong card. The card they included was a personalized sympathy card for a death in the family which freaked my girlfriend out. Would never use them again. Threw away good money.
Got a thank you gift basket from a customer (item 141017). When I checked the website to identify one of the items, I noticed the basket was missing eight things from the list. I called them and they said they'd send a replacement. I asked if they had the missing items and they said they did. The replacement still came short six items. Once I realized they're owned by 800 Flowers, it made sense. I had ordered a funeral arrangement for someone I cared about and after spending a ton of time picking the exact one I wanted, they sent something completely different. Why have a catalog if you're not going to send what's actually listed? Terrible service. Bait and switch tactics. I paid $105 for what was maybe $20-30 worth of stuff. Complete waste of money. Thank goodness it wasn't for me.
Spent $80 sending my friend a basket while she was dealing with COVID and feeling isolated. When I ordered, I wasn't told the basket would take almost six days to arrive. That info didn't show up until later that night. I tried canceling that same day but the website had a glitch. They didn't fix it until after midnight so I couldn't cancel. I reached out through chat and email but customer service was terrible. They said they couldn't cancel even though it was their website problem and the basket hadn't shipped yet. I kept emailing but they stopped responding. By the time it arrived my friend had tested negative and was already better. Total waste of money and effort. If they'd let me cancel when I asked, I would have gotten something different that could have helped her feel better within a day or two. Don't bother if you care about your money.
The basket came on time but the fruit never ripened and was inedible. When my friend called the customer service number that was included, they actually hung up on him. If you're cool with letting down people you care about, go ahead and order from here. Otherwise find another option.
